Compassionate Love Decreases Disease Progression and Speeds Healing

Researchers from the University of Miami’s Schools of Medicine and Psychology have determined that compassionate love as well as a faith in a compassionate Higher Power increases healing time and decreases disease progression among those with HIV.

The researchers utilized the “Working Model of Compassionate Love” by Dr. Lynn Underwood to analyze and measure 177 people infected with HIV for ten years.

Over the ten year period the patients were assessed for viral load and the presence of CD4 cells: CD4 is a glycoproteins that rests on immune cells – but CD4 cells refer to a type of T-cell that activates antiviral activities. CD4 cell count is a reflection of the strength of the immune system.

Along with these assessments, the researchers periodically interviewed each of the patients, and the patients also provided essays for the researchers to review and assess. These assessments resulted in hierarchical ratings for each of the qualifications – using a process called Hierarchical Linear Regression Analysis. These in turn provided quantitative and qualitative analysis in order to assess each patient and compare their levels of compassionate love – achieved through their receiving it and giving it to others.

The energies are once more expanding and the resulting chaos is now also expanding, for those who are unable to accept that the old 3d earth is now dissolving the chaos IS the dissolving of this lower dimensional frequency creation.  I get lots of comments and feedback from various people who state to me that nothing has changed and ask me to “prove” what I blog and write about. It is not possible for me to “prove” YOUr reality for I am not creating it, YOU are.  In any one moment people experience the variety that is the human life experience, imagine if you will a cloudy day with rain showers, some of you will delight in this scenario, some of you will instantly lower your vibration in response to the clouds and the rain for ALL IS PERCEPTION.  One persons’s like is another’s dislike and so it is with the PERSONAL reality that YOU create within the New Earth.

Welcome. Willkommen. Aloha. Bienvenue. The list goes on and on, although sadly my knowledge of languages is a little limited! 

On looking at the possible different translations of ‘welcome’ into other languages, it is fascinating to see the similarities, as well as the differences, around the world. There is an amazing ‘overlap’ of language which shows the interconnectedness of humanity and avenues of commonality that link us all together.

Of course, on looking at the history and origin of some of these words, wars, conflict and invasion all form important parts of the equation, but these are not the point of this observation! Not wanting to ignore this completely though, when we look closer at the world in which we live we find connections of a positive and a not so positive nature that span back through time reaching deeply into the hearts and souls of so many. It is important to honour all that went before in order to fully appreciate the present... 

Anyway, as you know, welcome is a way of greeting someone, but it is far more than a word; a true greeting is heartfelt and emotive, and the vibration of the word has power, shape and form. In fact, it is the energy of the word that probably matters more than the word itself as if it is spoken with lifeless eyes and a lack of heart, there is no real welcome and it feels hollow and empty. 

This may all be interesting to read, but what is its relevance in December? Well, throughout the month ahead there is a sense of opening up to the true nature and power of words: to speak, and live, from the heart and to act with meaning and purpose. Of course, many of us do this to some extent already, but this looks set to intensify now as we are asked to ‘put our money where our mouth is’ and reach out into the world (both within and without) in order to live, breathe and be truth. 

Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf marches with thousands in capital to protest rape

MONROVIA, Liberia –  Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and thousands of citizens marched through the main streets of Monrovia Monday to denounce rape which has remained a problem in the West African country since the civil war ended 10 years ago.

Sirleaf, dressed in a purple suit, told the Associated Press as she marched that she and others were "marching for a purpose, to stop violence against women. We are marching for a cause."

Your body has been doing a brilliant job for you from the time you have taken your first breath. It has grown and supported you, and lovingly created a perfect housing for your soul, containing the DNA that will support you and your unique path. It has been using its innate intelligence to evolve and repair, to shift and regenerate, to breathe and perform countless functions, all to support your experience as a human.

Dear Ones, appreciate your body! Love your body! See it as the miracle of engineering it is and the constant support for you through all of your days. Nurture your body. Celebrate your body! Rather than picking on it for whatever aesthetic flaws you may perceive, why not appreciate it for its beauty and its many incredible functions? 

If you begin to thank your body and truly start to show it love, you will enjoy far greater health and far greater energy and joy than ever before. You will begin brilliantly shining with a shimmering beauty that is far more genuine than anything you have experienced thus far, because you will have finally accepted that both your insides and your outsides are incredible expressions of Source, and that glorious congruency and unity will be a delight to behold.

Do you feel our call Dear Ones, the call that we are sending out within our energy to help you finish your transformation and reach the higher reality of your choice. You might feel as being physically lifted, especially when falling asleep when you are fully relaxed and your mind is completely quiet, that means that you, as consciousness within your current form, are ready for the movement, but your bodies need the change to be fully completed as you will be returning to them with much higher frequencies. Feel how the energy of your higher reality is intensifying within you and your body is able to receive more and more as the change is being finished. There’s something related to channeling that I want to mention, because it presents a distorted view of channeling to people who might not believe in its reality after witnessing this play out.

I notice that on various spiritual forums, a lot of people seem hung up on certain aspects of channeling and our evolution in general that don’t perhaps serve us as much as, for example, coming together and repairing this planet or making genuine, unfiltered contact with our guides.

Every now and then I’ll surf a popular forum and read some of the discussions taking place, and an interesting percentage of argument tends to center around the identities of channeled guides and the identity of oneself as a certain well-known guide or a part of that guide’s soul kin.

There’s also the passionate argument that takes place when a channeled entity makes a bold statement, be it a prediction or anything else. Watching it all play out, I feel like we become distracted and divert our attention from other issues and matters that, to me, seem important, when we bicker about issues of lesser importance.

I think that this presents channeling in a distorted light that’s easy to discredit by a discerning individual who could otherwise benefit from it.

Understanding the reality of the existence of our Universal Family is certainly important.

Comet ISON is no longer, but its message stays with us. ISON behaved in a way that even the top NASA scientists couldn’t predict, and showed us that one never really knows what life has in store.

Impossible, magical miracles can and do occur, and people’s worst fears unfold daily around the world. We are truly alive, and live life to the fullest, when we realise that both ends of the spectrum are possible.

Due to its Nov 28 meeting with the Sun, ISON is forever associated with Thanksgiving yet it is also a reminder that thanksgiving and appreciation are two things to feel and focus on every day.

Give thanks for the miracles you hope for, and appreciate the miracles that are already in your life today – there are more than you realise.

As I connect with you today, I am feeling a great sense of Oneness rising up in the world. How blessed we are to be here now and to experience this journey together.

November was a profoundly transformative month for many. We were guided to dive deeper within ourselves than we have in a very long time.

Many of us moved and are still moving through a great deal of physical and emotional purging. Going this deep into the purging process can leave a person feeling completely “over it all” or as if the purging will never end.

Know that this process is temporary, and that everything we are moving through is playing an important part in our journey to higher states of consciousness.

You have been thoroughly cleansed, wrung out, shifted, bathed, and infused. It has been a time like no other on your planet and you are still standing, still feeling excited to be part of this amazing process. Let us assure you that things are just starting to get very interesting and you are truly starting to move into the changes that you have been waiting for.

You are in a time of preparation between now and your solstice, and then between your solstice and the energies of the brand new year of 2014. You will be poised to enter into this new year like never before. You have never entered into a new year holding the energies that you are all collectively holding at this point. This is the solidifying of the foundation that the New Earth will be built upon. These are glorious times, indeed.
