Don Phillips was in the Air Force at Las Vegas Air Force Base during an event when UFOs were seen moving at enormous speeds near Mt. Charleston, northwest of Las Vegas. In addition, he worked with Kelly Johnson at the Lockheed Skunkworks -- on design and construction of the U-2 and SR-71 Blackbird. He testifies that we not only have these extraterrestrial devices, but have also achieved tremendous technological advances from their study. He states that in the 1950's and 1960's, NATO did research into the origin of ET races, and disseminated reports to the leaders of various countries. He lists a few of the technologies we were able to develop because of ETs: computer chips, lasers, night vision, and bulletproof vests. Mr. Phillips now develops technologies that can help eliminate environmental pollutants and reduce the need for fossil fuels.

Just how much we understand, know and can feel about the spiritual realms will determine the progress we make in growing back toward them, and in regards to gaining metaphysical perception, I can say that practice makes perfect.

Practice the newfound abilities you discover, and understand that you’re not meant to perfect them instantly. Understanding that you’re a Divine being who’s coming to practice and understand your links to the higher dimensions can help you deepen your metaphysical perception immensely over a steady period of time.

Depending on the specifics of your Life path, a few short months could see you beginning to grasp many aspects of energy work and metaphysical perception, and you can take the understanding you gain and work to uplift the collective.

We each have the ability to help our collective understand the spiritual realms and the importance of disconnecting from physical distraction and connecting within to gain full-on perception of these realms. Upon deepening our level of interest and activity with the spiritual realms, we’ll perceive of them in greater ways and help the collective to do the same.

It’s been said that when our populace is opened up to the existence of the spiritual realms and the souls in them, Lightwork and other forms of interaction with the higher dimensions will be practiced actively, openly and with interest by every person.

(HealthDay)—The way you prepare broccoli and related vegetables can alter their potentially cancer-fighting powers, new research shows. Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables are a good source of sulforaphane, a phytochemical (naturally occurring plant compound) that has shown strong anti-cancer properties in lab studies.

However, the enzyme myrosinase in broccoli is needed for sulforaphane to form. If the myrosinase is destroyed, sulforaphane cannot form. Researchers compared boiled, microwaved and steamed broccoli, and found that steaming broccoli for up to five minutes was the best way to retain its myrosinase. Boiling and microwaving broccoli for one minute or less destroyed the majority of the enzyme, according to Elizabeth Jeffery, a researcher at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
