The following is an acoustic cover of Bob Marley’s “No Woman No Cry” played and sung by me.
Lyrics from LyricsFreak:
No woman, no cry (Repeat 4 times)
Said said
Said I remember when we used to sit
In the government yard in Trenchtown
Oba, ob-serving the hypocrites
As they would mingle with the good people we meet
Good friends we have had, oh good friends we’ve lost along the way
In this bright future you can’t forget your past
So dry your tears I say
No woman, no cry
No woman, no cry
Oh my Little sister, don’t she’d no tears
No woman, no cry
Said, said, said I remember when we used to sit
In the government yard in Trenchtown
And then Georgie would make the fire light
Log wood burnin’ through the night
Then we would cook corn meal porridge
Of which I’ll share with you
My feet is my only carriage
So I’ve got to push on through
But while I’m gone…
Dear ones,
The times ahead will fill your heart with tears of joy and love. The angelic realms have prepared a love show for many of you, especially in the lightworker and spiritual circles. Have no expectations of where your life would like to be and do not feel overly concerned if things don’t go according to you plans. The divine and your higher-self has a much bigger and lager plan for you, a plan which cannot be comprehended by the linear ordinary mind, a plan which reunites all the dimensions, all your lives (past present and future ones) and will reunite your over soul.
While the outer world will continue to be plagued by wars and fear, we ask you to focus on your own wellbeing, to spread your light, love and help to those in need. We also ask you to focus on your own balance and grounding. We know that the pace of life and demands are accelerating on you, however, it would be of immense help if you could make time and space for yourself daily.
Whoa! The Sun has indeed awakened, producing what was most likely an X-class flare yesterday. (See spaceweather.com for more information on the specifics.) This energy is new in that it is among the first of the Sun's dissemination since its field reversal. (Data will emerge to show that this has happened.)
Solar electo-magnetic field reversal cycles mean a lot of things, but one of the things it means is that the Sun switches to "slanting" it's energy toward masculine or feminine. Since the beginning of this solar cycle, the Sun has been in a "masculine mode." It has now switched to a "feminine" mode. The daily energy it sends leans toward a more feminine interpretation. In turn, the interpretations become more complex.
Apples may seem like the last bastion of pesticide-dependent gardening. In many commercial orchards, apples are sprayed 10 to 20 times per year. It’s not hard to find organic home gardeners who still believe it’s nearly impossible to grow good fruit without pesticides. Furthermore, most people probably expect organic fruit to come with a few spots or chew marks. I used to rely on insect traps and biological sprays, and I would still have fruit that was covered with disease and infested with worms. Then I found a way to grow pristine apples without using any kind of spray. Successful organic fruit-growing starts with selecting varieties that are inherently disease resistant. This important first step eliminates half the problem.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), over 12 million people in America suffer from asthma. It results in $56 billion in annual medical costs and the number of sufferers is only growing. If you have asthma, bronchitis or whooping cough, there is great news though - you may not need to rely on pharmaceutical drugs in order to treat your symptoms. You may find relief with using one natural herb – khella.
Khella has been shown to be very effective in opening the lungs, aiding in breathing, and reducing phlegm and mucus that may be causing your cough. Kella also is used to help with inflammation, and cardiovascular issues since its active ingredients seem to relax and widen blood vessels. The herb, otherwise known as Ammi Visnaga or Bishop’s Weed Fruit, is made form a dried fruit.
There is no need to emphasize what aggravates you. No need at all. Do not respond to aggravation so desperately, as if you cannot abide it, as if you cannot live with it, as if you cannot carry on with it. When something bothers you, whatever it is, someone’s annoying habit, clearing his throat incessantly, the TV always on, and so forth, you do not have to let an aggravation set your teeth on edge.
The world and those in the world do not always consider you and what matters to you. As best you can, you may have to put yourself aside. In any case, whatever you do, don’t make a major case of whatever it is. Your life does not depend on it.
What should you do if you fall off the Joy Wagon? We and only We are responsible for how We feel. Yes, we can and should ask for help if we are "having a moment," but ultimately, we must take responsibility for putting ourselves back En-Joy and Being LOVE.

With landfall in less than 24 hours (Saturday Oct. 12 in the afternoon, India time), final preparations are underway in India for Cyclone Phailin—now officially the strongest storm ever measured in the Indian Ocean. The image above shows the storm’s core as it approaches the coastline. (See our earlier coverage on why Phailin’s landfall in this particularly volatile part of India is especially unwelcome.)
