Commentary from   This message from Jean caught my eye as I am lying in bed, resting. And healing. Interesting how the prior dental work I had, namely, extractions, may relate to the entire country of the US. In that now is a time when not only the truth is coming out (being extracted), but anything that blocks it is being “extracted” as well.

And although the “extraction” of the old fiat financial systems may feel a bit “painful” at the beginning, it’s leading to a healthy, Eternal-I centered one.

It seems as if the dam has broken and the truth is finally coming out. In fact, what I am reading and hearing this morning is almost overwhelming. How much of it is ‘real’ truth? I simply do not know right now. I think, however, there is something more important with which we can occupy ourselves than spending our time trying to decide what is really factual information.

it was one of those intense energy days, one of the most intense ever  ~ heart palpitations, quickenings, audio tones  ... even some dizziness ~ to the point, I asked Guidance ..."whoa dudes, what is happening here" (figure of speech ~ LOL)  ... no sooner did I ASK  ... the little alert tone went off on my phone ... from 3D and Spaceweather, simultaneously!  see below!

CME IMPACT, GEOMAGNETIC STORM: An interplanetary shock wave, possibly the leading edge of a CME, hit Earth's magnetic field on October 8th at approximately 2015 UT (1:15 pm PDT). The impact has sparked a minor (G1-class) geomagnetic storm that could intensify in the hours ahead. High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras.

It is an interesting feeling living in the NOW, almost like not standing on solid ground, yet it’s more stable really than where we used to stand which was predominantly constantly in the past or future.  Living in the past can have us feeling emotions like regret, anger and resentment a lot of the time. Living in the future results in a lot of unnecessary and unhelpful worry, fear, doubt and anxiety. Living in the Now feels, well, strange at first. Yes it can feel very calming and soothing, allowing yourself to trust life, trust yourself and trust your connection to that which is guiding you, all the time.  At first though, it can feel like you are in a void, neither here nor there.

We are used to being very attached to things, to belongings, to people, to situations, to jobs.  Take ‘time’ out of the equation, and all of a sudden a whole bunch of stuff becomes irrelevant.  Simultaneously, a few things stand out as being truly valuable and truly precious to you, leading to a greater appreciation of what is truly important, and a stronger desire to live your life accordingly.

Living in the Now leads to a sense of detachment when it comes to certain situations that previously would have had you plugged in. Ideally this is a healthy detachment to those things that were not really serving you, but detachment of any kind can feel disconcerting. It can make you feel ‘disconnected’ if you have been overly attached to someone or something external to you, or previously received your sense of identity from that someone or something.

M-CLASS SOLAR FLARE: Solar activity is picking up. New sunspot AR1865 erupted this morning (Oct. 9th at 01:48 UT), producing the strongest solar flare in nearly two months. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the M2.8-class eruption: movie. Earth was not in the line of fire, but future eruptions could be geoeffective as the sunspot turns toward our planet in the days ahead. Solar flare alerts: text, voice.

At the hearing of Saladin Muammad, a US Army veteran and labor activist arrested on May 13 while at a Moral Monday protest, General Assembly Police Chief Jeff Weaver testified that he received advanced intelligence reports from officers about protesters' plans ahead of events in which arrests were made.

As we reported recently, leading biochemist Dr. Otto Wartburg became a vocal advocate of eliminating sugar and starving cancerous tumors of their primary fuel source nearly a century ago. Removing sugar as a preventative step was just as effective, he surmised, as cancer was caused by the body’s nonoxidative breakdown of glucose. Fast-forward to 2013 and a new study has indicated that blocking dietary sugar can reduce tumor development risk and progression of cancer cells.
