Crescent Moon Phase: growth, struggle, challenge, expansion

Moon: Sagittarius

Time stops in many regards today.  As it does, it enables us to catch our breath and recollect (or regroup as the case may be).

Each day carries its own unique energetic signature based on the combination of astrological energies.  We contribute to the energetic imprint every day.  When these signatures "return," they have their core themes along with whatever mental, emotional, or physical state we have projected into it in the past.

The difference between Awakening and Waking Up – A Pleiadian Perspective By Ishante

It is wonderful to connect with you again Ishante. Today we wish to discuss with you the difference between “awakening,” and “waking up.” Sounds one of the same, but there is a definite divide between the two. Let us try to explain.

Awakening is the exquisite realisation of your heart’s own incredible intelligence and wisdom. It is the awareness that YOU have all of the answers, right there inside you in the small space in your heart.
“Wake up!” usually followed by the word sheeple (then fill in the blanks) is something entirely different, and with your permission we wish to lighten things up, so to speak, by way of a humorous example.

Dreaming Mind ~ Yael and Doug Powell

                                          Yael and Doug Powell

Beloved ones, when you rise up into the Real of Love, heart open, present with Me, then the whole sub-creation of duality falls away, and you are free to be the presence of Love giving itself to the world. When you are living in the heart and not the mind, there is no separation between you and the experience of Real life, and you are free to be the movement of God I Am -- reaching forth to love the world and to bless it, however the world seems to be appear through the vehicle of the ego mind.

You can live in this Reality of Love alive to the blessings of the immersion in life. And you can be fully functioning in the world but instead of seeing it through the eyes of the ego, interpreting everything in relation to "me" (your ego self), you are rather seeing with the single eye of Love and aware of yourself as My movement, My outreach in each joyous opportunity to give, and to bless, and to see right through the idea of separation into the Real and ever-living bliss of this Now Moment.

Aisha North ~ A History of Creation – part 1

Dear friends!

Last week, I started to receive what the CCs refer to as “double helpings”, extra messages in addition to The manuscript. These messages differ from the usual ones, and the first one that I was guided to post, was the “update” to the sixth Gathering. I was told that the rest of this information was to be posted after the Gathering, and here is the first installment of it. The CCs have given them a title, they call it “A history of Creation”. I do not know how many parts there will be, nor how long The manuscript will continue. All I know is that I will be given “double helpings”  for a while. So without further ado, as the CCs like to say, here is Part 1:

ginkgo biloba 263x164 5 Health Benefits of Ginkgo Biloba

With age comes wisdom, right? Our collection of experiences grows into the body of knowledge that ultimately creates who we are. If the same can be said for plant life, ginkgo biloba could be the wisest plant around. This particular medicinal plant is the oldest living tree species, perhaps lending its collection of years to its wealth of health benefits and powers.

Ginkgo biloba has been around for ‘hundreds of millions of years’. It has no close living relatives and is referred to as a “living fossil” because its closest relations are long since passed on and immortalized in fossils. Within this time, the ginkgo biloba tree has been used by numerous cultures as a traditional medicine and a source of healing food.

Sofia for years has been a city of contrasts, of at first glance conflicting cultures. A city of the beautiful and the ugly, of the best from the European and the worst from the Oriental, a city of clean and dirty, of new and old. A city where alongside a Christian church you will see a mosque or a synagogue. A city of past and present, but with ever more unclear future. Where you can spend a wonderful afternoon in a cosy and amazing tea-room with home-made cake while you watch the tram station across the street where a mother of Roma origin is holding a crying girl by the hand. A city in which it recently became painfully clear that two warring societies live side by side - of those who want a change and stronger integration with Europe and of those who want the status-quo.

The international clothing retailers that vowed to improve working conditions after a deadly building collapse at one of the Bangladeshi garment factories that supply their clothes have released a list of nearly 1,600 factories that will be covered by the Accord on Fire and Building Safety they signed.

In the past month, Bangladeshi workers have protested in the streets against the low wages paid to garment makers, currently paid about $38 US a month.

Port of Portland Slowdown

Between furloughs, car chases, and a self-immolation, the residents of Washington, DC, aren’t having a great October. But by Friday of this week, things could get even worse — and not because of the looming debt crisis.

On October 11th, a group of right-wing truckers is planning to drive to DC to shut down the major commuter highway that circles the city. They’ll continue to block traffic, they say, until they see the arrest of elected officials who have “violated their oath of office.”
