It's okay to watch TV. In fact, watching programs like comedy can help you raise your vibration.

However, if you are "addicted" to watching television or are using it as an escape, that makes it a distraction that keeps you from Being the Love that you are.

Television is also a tool that The Powers That Were used to influence Humanity and even control our minds. If you are reacting to what you see on TV emotionally or feel it is affecting your state of Being, then yes ~ you should walk away from it.

Humanity has two choices in every moment ~ Love or fear. Fear is an illusion. Love is Real. We choose Love.

I’m sensing this moment a strong push coming from Higher Source to move to “the next level” What’s that meaning? Not sure yet.

Its not a demand, like a “being forced to do something”, but rather an intense “encouragement” to move up.

Guidance is always for upward movement, at least in my own personal case, and I’ve experienced that recently in family relations, body awareness relations, and energy awareness relations. Like I’m being encouraged to move higher, no matter how far I feel I’ve gone already.

The theme for October is RESET

There are two faces to this month's theme. The first one is the deconstruction, dissolving, taking offline, shutting down, turning off, letting go, letting down, and allowing things to fall apart.

The second is the re-booting, turning on, flipping the switch, restarting, reconstructing, solidifying, bringing online, resetting and refocus.

When the Internet goes down you often have to turn everything off, wait a bit and then turn it back on and reset. The same is true for a computer. When it does not function properly, it helps to quit out of the open programs and then shut it down and restart.

Individually and collectively we are carrying enormous energetic clutter and our psyches are attempting to manage and keep track of all the patterns and paradigms of our lives. We are energetically exhausted by the task. This month there is an opportunity to shut down and reboot the system, clearing out the old files and resetting the energy field in a new way and into a new paradigm.
