There are 12 million Ground Crew members of The Galactic Federation of Light stationed here on Mother Earth right now. We came to help move Humanity and Mother Earth into 5D and become a Blue Star Nation/Galactic Citizens.
Of those 12 million Ground Crew members, five thousand will come together to form the transitionary government that will help to move humanity into 5D.
As the waves subside somewhat it is time to take stock of the situation around you, and indeed within. For now, much has been shifted about, and it can be hard to discern where you are at the moment. So take it slow, and pick your way carefully forward, as you are bound to find things in the most unexpected of places. For now, nothing will seem the same ever again, as you have all been through a veritable maelstrom of energetic upheavals. And just like a boat being tossed about on open sea, nothing that is not securely fastened will be found in the same position as before you entered these high seas.
Come unto Me right now. There is no better time. Come get Me! Get Me now. I am yours, irrevocably yours. Nothing that you possibly think can intrude upon or alter the Oneness of Us, the Beauty of Us, the Warmth of Us, the Awareness of Our Worth to each other, the Knowingness of Our One Heart bequeathed for the upliftment of the world and all those in it. Tell Me, what more do We need to know but this Oneness that We are, each to the other which amounts to -- let’s be frank -- simply the One of Oneness. There is no Other of Us, for We are One United Whole, One Expression of All the Beautifulness there is. There is only One of Us, and that includes all the ones of Us. There are not twain. There are not multiples. There is One, only you have been seen and see yourself as One of Many.

What do I do in the shower every day? State my intentions for grounding and moving energy. I thought that sharing this might help you develop your own intentions. An important thing to remember is that you don’t want to fall into the habit of reciting your intentions – instead, think about them and what you are saying.
Mean what you say!
And, when you say that you are grounded in Mother Earth, stop and imagine yourself being grounded in Mother Earth. You can visualize yourself standing firmly on the ground, outdoors, with roots extending deep into Earth from your feet.
When you say that you are connected to The Cosmos, visualize yourself standing tall, with a vibrant blue beam of energy coming from above into your crown chakra. This beam moves down through your entire body and into Earth and energy flows in both directions in the beam.

As the new school year begins, teachers are totally dissatisfied with the government’s schemes targeting their jobs, payments and pension over the past two years.
Recent research from the University of Toronto has confirmed that even short-term use of cinnamon can significantly reduce blood pressure – especially among those who are prediabetic or type-2 diabetic. The researchers conducted a systematic review study of clinical trials using cinnamon between 2000 and 2012. The researchers found three clinical trials that met their quality requirements. The researchers then meta-analyzed the results of the studies, and determined that the short-term use of cinnamon results in an average drop in systolic blood pressure of over 5 mmHg, while diastolic blood pressure is reduced by an average of 2.6 mmHg.
The most recent clinical study on blood pressure and cinnamon involved 59 subjects who had type-2 diabetes. They were randomized and either given 1,200 milligrams of cinnamon per day or a placebo. After twelve weeks, the cinnamon group's systolic blood pressure reduced by 3.4 mmHg on average.

Researchers from India have proven in a randomized clinical study using international protocols that an ancient Ayurveda remedy for anxiety outperformed the benzodiazepine drug Clonazepam (Klonopin) in relieving severe anxiety.
The researchers, from India's National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), tested 72 patients in a hospital setting who were diagnosed with severe generalized anxiety disorder using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The test subjects were all adults between 20 and 55 years old of both sexes and most had experienced their anxiety disorder for seven years or more. They were also diagnosed with comorbid generalized social phobia.
In a shocking move the government of El Salvador in Central America has banned the use of Glyphosate (Roundup) and 52 other dangerous chemicals a recent press release by the El Salvador Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources made clear. With 45 votes in favor, members of the FMLN, Unidos por El salvador and GANA approved the amendment of a Law on the control of pesticides, fertilizers and products for agricultural use, which allows the prohibition of 53 chemicals in El Salvador, Central America Data announced. Among the list of the banned 53 chemicals are Paraquat, Glyphosate (Roundup) and Endosulfan. The move comes amidst a mysterious kidney disease afflicting the region’s agricultural laborers. Central America’s health ministries signed a declaration in March 2013 citing the ailment as a top public health priority and committing to a series of steps to combat its reach, the Center of Public Intergrity revealed.
