Beloved ones we come to guide and to support as you now begin to manifest in TRUTH and allow for the lower dimensional frequencies that have hidden deep within your BEing to be revealed in order to dissolve them fully. The movement of many of you now into the spaces in which you are able to FEEL and to heal to greater and greater depths is NOW. We guide for ALL to understand that the world is now a different vibrational frequency and that ALL has changed from the cellular level of your BEing outwards. No longer constrained by the old earth frequences, the human race is now able to move into place and join its brothers and sisters in the LIGHT of TRUTH in the UNIVERSE of 3.
We are here to explain in human terms that which is now unfolding across and within planet earth at this time, for there are a great many changes that will now unfold at human level within human society as a result of the increase in frequency and expansion of said frequency of mother earth in the UNIVERSE of 3. Expansion is the key to this process, we ask for you to allow for expansion in all areas and all aspects of this your very human life experience in the NOW. Expansion was the frequency that you were prevented from fully accessing under the old earth, this was done deliberately to keep you linked into the old earth and all its creations, for the creations of the old earth were a direct result of the vibrational space in which mother earth was kept by those who sought to contain and suppress her energy signature.
Love yourself
Love others and all that you do with unconditional love, regardless of the outward appearance. This is often a challenge as you are used to having conditions with love. To learn to love regardless, no matter what, is a huge lesson and leap forward for your growth. Some of your animals can show you this as they often love you regardless of they have been treated. A dog can teach you unconditional love. It is an all encompassing love that goes beyond was is seen and often felt and when it is, it is magical.
Spend time near water when you can as this is a natural cleanser for you energy fields, as well as helps you to relax, meditate and rejuvenate. Take a hike to a waterfall and imagine that its healing waters are surrounding you and you are beneath it receiving exactly what you need and let the colour and light of the water do its job. Be creative. Sing and dance, draw or any other activity that helps you expand your thoughts as well as move your body and let your creative juices flow.
Affirmation: "I love all things in my life unconditionally and I am grateful for all that I am, all that have and all that I am becoming. I love myself."

I’ve done my best in 2013 to be consciously aware of the Ascension related evolutionary shifts and changes I am going through this year. I’ve always done this, however, I really wanted to be consciously aware of this particular 2013 leg of the Ascension Journey where we’re about to ‘Break on through to the Other Side’ to borrow a great old Jim Morrison/Doors line.
Some of what I’ve experienced and perceived so far in 2013 is pretty impressive to this current version of “me” living this Process. To other aspects of the Greater ME it’s merely business as usual so don’t get all worked up or hot n’ bothered over any of it! These different perspectives are, at times, truly hilarious and great equalizers. There’s nothing like that look your Higher Self occasionally gives you that tells you to knock off the emotional Drama Queen routine. It’s like being a kid and getting busted by a parent and it forces you to discharge all the imbalanced emotional stuff in an instant. Perspective.
I am Archangel Gabriel and I come with a message from the higher realms. Today we are going to talk about selfconfidence. My interpreter is smiling, because she knows this message is as important for her as it is for everyone else.
What is self confidence? How do you achieve this? The answer is fairly easy, because it is Love. Love for ones self. But it is one thing to say that you love yourself and actually feeling the love for yourself. On the road to loving yourself you may affirm to yourself a lot of times that you love yourself. However if you don't say this with all your heart, you will never achieve to actually feel the love.
Normally you are in your mind thinking and thinking. So let us take a trip down from the mind to the heart. Imagine that you are a small ball of light, wich is your conscious. You exist in that light, and the rest is your body, your ego, your mind. You are the actual light and you can travel within your body. Now that we are taking this trip imagine that you are descending from your mind down the chakra cord to your heartchakra. In your heartchakra is a door wich you can open, when you go inside you reside in your heart. Now that you are in your heart say to yourself: I love myself and I accept myself the way I am. Feel the difference between saying this sentence when you are in your mind and when you are in your heart.
Ya ever feel like you don’t know whether you are coming or going any longer?? One day, the energy is flowing up thru you so intensely that it gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “hump day.” then you are expanding so far and tingling from the outside in the next day… only to be completely and utterly drained of all and any energy the following day.
With my first connection of the day yesterday, I knew the energy picked up 10 fold, well, I eventually figured that out. I could see what looked like a very blurry image of the big X still on my back door and the blur of pouring down rain in the field and at first I was confused. My antenna should not need glasses to see clearly, so why is everything so blurry today? Ask and you shall receive. I received an image of being in a car in an intense rain storm and everything you see out of the window is blurred out from the driving rain with no windshield wipers.
I had 6 appointments on my calendar yesterday, and each phone call seemed to deplete more and more of my energy, until I got off the phone with my fourth one and decided to rest my eyes for a moment… not a wise idea. Many hours later, awoken by a knock at my door… I about shit!! I completely became a no-show, no-call for my last two ladies on my calendar.
I greet you cordially, my beloved brethren and friends of the Light. As I talk to you today the alignment and the formation of the so-called Merkabah takes place around your planet and straight off I can confirm that everything is expanding beautifully to a higher and more refined light.

That’s great. I have a question that I would like to ask on behalf of many who have written in and that is … ‘How can one be in JOY as we have been asked to do ... if they are suffering great pain … be it physically or emotionally?’ I am blessed in that I suffer neither these days, yet many do and when one is in continual pain or depressed … it is not AT ALL easy to BE IN JOY. Can you offer some wisdom to those who FEEL this way?
Let us first of all state that one’s life path is an individual one. That which is ‘bestowed’ upon a physicality is through choice for the benefit of self.
There is a tapestry being woven this weekend - an energetic pattern for what is to come.
