HJ: Understanding and working with the Chakras is a major step in ones spiritual evolution and leads to increased clarity, energetic sensitivity and what are termed ‘siddhis’.  Siddhis are essentially the development of extra sensory perceptions (telepathy, seeing into the future, etc.) and increased manifestation and creational abilities.  In ancient texts one is warned to proceed with caution because these ‘siddhis’ can be developed before one is ready for their power and they can be misused, which ends up retarding ones spiritual advancement, although, in the grand scheme of things, this is all part of our greater learning, understanding and unfolding.  However, it can lead one astray and even into regression if one is not careful.

 

Working with, opening and clearing the Chakras often times has the effect of suddenly healing past traumas and clearing the subconscious mind of negative/limiting beliefs developed over the years.  The Chakras store energy and if one is not aware and working with them, they are often blocked and this causes many common symptoms that we attribute to other less ‘metaphysical occurrences’.

Yes Divine Timing always plays a role, so we have to take that into consideration, but you can at least meet Divine Timing halfway so that you’re ready when the time is ready. Your own energy also plays a role – if there is something you want that isn’t happening, it often means there is a part of you that for some reason doesn’t want it – or doesn’t want it quite yet. Journal with that part. Ask it: why don’t you want this? Or why don’t you want this yet?

Ecuador’s Tungurahua volcano violently explodes: tremors felt for hundreds of miles

July 15, 2013 – ECUADOR – At least 200 people have been evacuated after a volcano in Ecuador erupted and spewed ash miles into the air. The “strong explosion” at the Tungurahua volcano could be felt hundreds of miles away, the Geophysics Institute reported. It spewed stones, gases and ash more than 5 km (3.1 miles) into the sky, authorities said. The clouds of ash and gas could be seen as far away as the capital Quito, about 153km (95 miles) north of the volcano. There were no reported deaths, according to local media. Authorities declared an “orange alert,” the second highest warning level after red, following the eruption at 6.47 am local time on Sunday. Residents were evacuated from villages in areas near the volcano on the eastern Andean range, said Lourdes Mayorga from the National Risk Management Secretariat. Some residents had issues evacuating because of the volcanic rocks and minor flooding following heavy rains. After remaining dormant for eight decades, Tungurahua – “throat of fire” in the local Quichua language – rumbled back to life in 1999 and has been active ever since. –Sky News

A very strong earthquake with recorded magnitude of 7.2 (USGS and EMSC preliminary reports) struck south of South Sandwich Islands on July 15, 2013 at 14:03 UTC. Both USGS and EMSC measured depth at 30 km. Epicenter was located at sea, 185km (115mi) SSE of Bristol Island, South Sandwich Islands and 2587km (1607mi) ESE of Ushuaia, Argentina at coordinates 60.600°S 25.400°W.

(Reuters) - India officially declared on Monday that nearly 6,000 people were missing a month after flash floods ravaged large parts of its northern state of Uttarakhand, but stopped short of saying they were presumed dead.

The figure of 5,748, based on tallies of missing persons from around the country, was the first official estimate following weeks in which the numbers of dead and missing fluctuated wildly from a few hundred to several thousand.

Their families will now be eligible for financial relief, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna told a news conference, adding that his government would pay 150,000 rupees ($2,500) to families in the state, besides compensation from the federal government.

The increasing restriction of this world has the effect of increasing the forces of liberation: we are awakening to a new way of being. It’s organic and evolutionary. The divine feminine energy (within both women and men), is at the helm of this renewal. We realize that we must balance the masculine/feminine poles, love the love and trust our unified intent in order to step away from the abyss and move forward as one.

We believe we know what the divine feminine and masculine poles are, as Stuart Wilde and others have taken us a long way into learning. We women greatly appreciate a man who allows his heart to open to the softer, more intuitive, more tender and respectful side of himself. We trust that man, and we find ourselves able to love him more openly, without fear of being harmed.

But to my mind we still have a long way to go, as we have traveled very far from love and unity. How else can this partnership be advanced on a deep and abiding level but to look more into who we are and expose the truth?
