   The ego is always on guard against any kind of perceived diminishment. Automatic ego-repair mechanisms come into effect to restore the mental form of "me. " When someine blames or criticizes me, that to the ego is a diminishment of self, and it will immediately attempt to repair its diminished sense of self through self- justification, defense, or blaming.   Whether the other person is right or wrong is irrelevant to the ego.

It is much more interested in self-preservation than in the truth.This is the preservation of the psychological form of  " me. "  Even such a normal thing as shouting something back when another driver calls you "idiot" is an automatic and unconscious ego-repair mechanism.

One of the most common ego-repair mechanisms is anger, which causes a temporary but huge ego inflation. All repair mechanisms make perfect sense to the ego but are actually dysfunctional.     Those that are most extreme in their dysfunction are physical violence and self-delusion in the form of grandiose fantasies.

The adventure continues. This life you acquired through desire gives you many opportunities to discover yourself. You have the great opportunity to sit inside of yourself and discuss anything that you need or want to know. Yes. All of the answers are inside. The great sages and masters have told us throughout the span of time.

Ask. Listen. Take a few minutes each day and close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Your intention to breathe into the abdomen takes your breath to a deeper level. Breathing is what gives you life. It is your key to life. Use it to have more vitality and more clarity. When you are out of breath you are out of life. When you have to catch your breath you have to catch and reconnect to your life. This is truth!

During July it is time to begin another life review. Take time and look back at where you have been and please acknowledge where you are now. Do not judge yourself — that is not what this time is about. It is purely for acceptance. The more you accept yourself, the more you can receive. I am speaking of gold. The true gold is love. The purest of all gold is self-love. When you receive the gold of your heart you can give so much to others and receive so much from others. When you accept yourself and love yourself you will not be operating from fear or guilt. Your energy field will open up and you will live in a new way.

At the risk of being seen to repeat myself endlessly, let me begin by pointing out that once again you are being flooded with vastly more amounts and higher vibrations of light than ever before.  You will notice, however, that even though that is so, you are more able to adapt to it than ever before, as well.  This is exactly as intended it should be.

The progress being made by you in becoming the new humans that you chose to become is remarkable when you consider the relatively short time in which you have achieved it.  Yes, there is still some short way to go, but your evolution is nothing short of amazing.

You will likely have noticed, therefore, that the events of your world are beginning to reflect the new energetic environment in which they are happening.  Perhaps they are not completely to your liking yet, at least we hope not, but it would be hard to deny some progress in the right direction.  As we have told you over and again, you are the change-makers.  Perhaps you do not perceive of yourselves as being on the front lines, so to speak, but we assure you that it is so.
