blood pressure 263x164 7 Herbs and Foods for Reducing High Blood Pressure (Chart)

High blood pressure, or hypertension, is a huge problem in our modern world, but many people don’t even know they have it. This is why high blood pressure is often referred to as the silent disease. It is considered a high risk factor for cardiac arrest and symptomatic of clogging arteries. But even with it’s silent presence, you shouldn’t be too worried – you can utilize numerous herbs and foods for high blood pressure for treating the issue naturally.

The CDC estimates that approximately 1 in 3 Americans have high blood pressure (HBP), so you can understand why discovering ways to lower blood pressure naturally is important – especially since prescription drugs are expensive and have numerous side effects. Recognizable symptoms of high blood pressure include heart palpitations, feeling overheated easily, and experiencing dizzy spells. The most likely populations to have high blood pressure are the overweight, pre-diabetics, and full blown diabetics.

From Energy Sac to Emerging Bells and Whistles!

Things sure do get curiouser and curiouser as the days roll on.  I have to give a shout out to spirit when I beg for similarities on the field and they actually compose a day when that is happening.  Yesterday was one of those days, thank you dear lord.  Everyone within a thick filmy energy sac, I suppose very much like a fluid amniotic sac.  Everyone on the field yesterday had an opening at the very top of the energy sac that housed their biology as well as their immediate physical life.  I still couldn’t see anything inside, but, it seems everyone is getting their “finishing touches” done.

My first lady on the field opened with a visible aspect of her soul fluttering just above the top of her energy sac opening tossing handfulls of multicolored energy into what I would call her present to near future area.  What she started and also became a consistent revelation thru the days readings was this energy sac, enhanced by whatever your soul is presenting to you as the finishing touches, will go into a rapid spin cycle thru your nights sleep and become your new skin as you awake.  New skin, new energy, new… well, pretty much everything.

Pam Younghans ~ NorthPoint Astrology Journal ~Week Of 8th July

Highlighted Aspects this Week

Monday: New Moon 12:14am PDT, Chiron quincunx Venus; Tuesday: Sun conjunct Mercury, Venus square Nodes; Thursday: Neptune sesquisquare Sun; Saturday: Jupiter semisquare Venus, Mars enters Cancer; Sunday: Pluto quincunx Ceres, Sun square Eris

THE MONTH OF JULY is a powerful time of initiation. Planetary alignments support us in manifesting new realities based on a strong knowing of our truth, a clear understanding of our needs, and a new appreciation for the spiritual nature of our experience on planet Earth.

I am describing the energies of the Grand Water Trine between Saturn in Scorpio, Jupiter and Mars in Cancer, and Neptune in Pisces. Now that Jupiter is in Cancer (and especially with Mars entering Cancer at the end of this week), the effects of this grand trine are becoming palpable. This influence will continue to grow and reach a pinnacle when the trine configuration is strongest, July 17 through 20.

IN A GRAND TRINE, three or more planet are working together in harmony, supporting our growth. With our grand trine in water signs, we are working in particular with emotional and spiritual concerns — themes commonly associated with the heart and high heart chakras.

judithThings have changed.

You know that, because nothing feels quite the same, does it?  Yet, sometimes you “think” it must be your imagination, because according to your brain, you haven’t physically gone anywhere. Still, you just can’t shake the feeling that you have, and even if you don’t know where or how, that feeling keeps getting stronger every day. Trust that feeling!  Because you see, our planet has “gone somewhere.” And so we have, as well.

It may (or may not) take some “time” for the brain to get up to speed with where we are NOW–which is actually no longer within the construct of “linear time,” at all. It really depends on how willing we each are to acclimate to our  expansion into the all-inclusive NOW. Just know that as you do, the way you process information will also expand beyond the limitations of the third dimensional brain.

And please don’t worry, this does not mean that you are  losing your mind!  Your “mind” is far vaster than the operating system we’ve called the brain. That was just a temporary construct, remember? It was designed to keep  us within the third dimensional experience of separation–which is what we descended onto the planet to have in the first place! But that was aeons ago, and NOW, many of us have completed our “assignments” here, and are ready to move on. And so here we are–moving on up at last!

Cuddling-Kittens-002❤ Here is a pair of lovely messages, which I received from the Earth Angels, last year.   This past weekend, I spent some time going over the collection of messages I wanted to import form my old blog to this one.  These two stood out to me as being especially pertinent to what’s going on right now, and I feel that the uplifting tone of the Earth Angels would add the perfect bit of lightness to an especially trying energetic time.  I hope you all enjoy them!

5 Natural Air-Conditioning Designs Inspired by Nature

Nationalgeographic.com, By: Brian Clark Howard, 07/03/2013

Fire passes over a termite mound.

Designers are turning to biomimicry to develop better cooling technologies. With heat waves gripping much of the planet, electricity grid operators are sweating even more than their customers. Air-conditioning uses a tremendous amount of energy, but a new group of designers think they can solve that problem by mimicking Mother Nature's craftiness.

Janine Benyus, a biologist, innovation consultant, and author of the book Biomimicry: Innovation Inspired by Nature, told National Geographic that copying the way plants and animals solve natural problems can provide many benefits, from environmental sustainability to economic efficiency.

Greetings dear ones, we are the Arcturian group.

We wanted to salute once again your courage for being part and embracing the material world on Gaia. You accepted to come down on Mother Earth and to descend from being fully conscious beings to being limited by the material form you have taken. This is a heavy duty for you to undertake, fully knowing that the vibrations of your souls were not suited to live in a material environment.

Heaven Letters

God said:

There are levels and layers. Within each of My children, many levels or layers exist, and you stop off at varying ones as a matter of course. Sometimes you are really on, and sometimes you feel off. Sometimes you skim the surface, and sometimes you scan the depths. You, you yourself, are more than one dimension. You are many-dimensioned. You are inner space, and you are outer space. You are more far-reaching than you credit yourself with.

Despite your denseness, you are not always dense. You have sparkling moments of enlightenment where you know far more than you own to. Sometimes you are like someone who has traveled the world and forgotten where he’s traveled. You may have an inkling that you have been somewhere, yet it’s like someone else snapped his fingers at you, as if to say: “Get back here where I AM. Wake up!” Even the part of you who snaps his fingers at you has had to be where he snapped his fingers for you to leave.

After Protests, Forums Sprout in Turkey’s Parks

The New York Times - 7/07/13, By SEBNEM ARSU

Ed Ou for The New York Times.Crowds gathered at Abbasaga Park in Istanbul in late June. Anti-government protests have dimmed after an intense crackdown, but Turks continue to gather each night in dozens of parks across the country to brainstorm about ways to get politically organized.

“I have never done this before, talking to so many people,” Muge Cevik, a computer engineer, said timidly as she stood on a stage barely lighted by street lamps at Abbasaga Park, trees casting a shadow over the audience.

“Those with or without head scarf, Marxist or communist, believer or not — we walked all together, and should continue to stand for each other,” said a man wearing a black T-shirt, speaking on another recent evening to a crowd of nearly 100 men and women in Ortanca Park in Ferikoy, an Istanbul neighborhood.

"We have gotten to a point in Brazil where the state has stopped representing public interest and has begun representing private interests," said Gil, culture minister under former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, whose hand-picked successor Dilma Rousseff is the target of much of the protesters' anger. "We want a little bit of rest."

He said the protests have tapped into the spirit of revolt that has recently swept the globe, with the Arab Spring and recent events in Egypt, the Occupy Wall Street movement, Spain's Indignados and the mass protests in Turkey. But he said the demonstrations in Brazil are essentially Brazilian in spirit, drawing heavily on the country's Carnival tradition.
