GFP Commentary:  Using these techniques to heal yourself is for the highest good of all.  Everyone is capable of healing themselves and once these techniques are re-learned can teach others to do the same.  Healing another takes away their own personal power to heal themselves. 

Sweeping

Once you can scan and locate the inner aura (which was discussed in the last step of this series), the next thing that you will be doing is finding the diseased energy and removing it by scanning, feeling, sweeping, and discarding.

We all have diseased energy that needs to be removed.  You do this by scanning the aura, chakras and organs of the physical body.  In the last post, you felt the aura and you located and felt the chakras of the etheric body.

Now, you will need to do a general sweep of the etheric body and chakras and organs.  So imagine the person lying down on a healing table that you have.  It could be a couch if you do not have a healing table.

Astronomers have found a record number of super-Earths orbiting in the habitable zone of a known star, 22 light years away from Earth. The planets, which have three suns, have one side illuminated at all times while the other is submerged in darkness.

The Gliese 667C star in the constellation of Scorpion has been well studied before. However, as a result of new observations the scientists made a stunning revelation – instead of three previously known planets the astronomers discovered up to seven, three of which are in the habitable zone of the star where liquid water could exist. All of those three planets are so-called super-Earths.

“This is the first time that three such planets have been spotted orbiting in this zone in the same system,” said one of the authors of the study, Mikko Tuomi of the University of Hertfordshire, UK. "By adding some new observations and revisiting existing data we were able to confirm these three and confidently reveal several more. Finding three low-mass planets in the star's habitable zone is very exciting!"

Early monsoon brings trouble to Uttarakhand state, India

Over the last few weeks torrential rainfall across northern India and Nepal has been inducing widespread flooding, cloudbursts, riverbank erosions and massive landslides. Heavy monsoon rains started about two weeks earlier than usual. 

Torrential downpours in northern India swept away roads, buildings and vehicles. The worst damage was reported in the states of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, located in the foothills of the Himalayas. The River Ganges and tributaries are flowing above danger level in several areas of Uttarakhand state.

There have been quite a few UFOs seen around the Popocatepetl Volcano near Mexico City. Each cause a lot of debate, the latest included. On May 30, 2013, Televisa recorded a video of a bright object going into the volcano. We talked to Mexican UFO expert, Jaime Maussan to get the latest update on his investigation into this latest Popocatepetl UFO sighting. He provided us with a better version of the video, and when we zoom in, you can see the gas from the volcano is being displaced by the object.

Indigoes have incarnated throughout human history - they were Beings who had contracts to perform specific missions. Modern Indigoes started incarnating in the late 1940s and many of the first of these grew up to become the Hippies or Flower Children.

Are you an Indigo Child? Is your child an Indigo? People with certain contracts and Divine Roles could definitely be called Indigo, but it doesn't matter. Once we awaken, we all start to embody the characteristics of Indigoes. Once we clear ourselves of belief systems, we will all become Crystalline, like the Crystal Children.

Blessings dear Light Tribe ~ I AM deep in an ongoing experience which is intensifying and clarifying as we receive these new light signatures. Hopefully it is clear that these new frequencies are deeply transformative – and for some of us they are creating transcendence. So much is coming in at the moment, let me break down a few key points which are presenting.

Holding the New Light by Letting Go

There is a point in Mastery when we must surrender to complete transformation – to the unknown outcome, and the possibility of becoming something unrecognizable. I spoke of this last year. It presented in September and I was steered away by the (insistent) direction to create the eCourse, to teach and guide through the March Equinox. Flawless timing had me begin 9 weeks of Gatekeeper work April 4, and I returned to Shasta just days before the June 16 wave hit. My Higher Levels placed me on the mountain for a myriad of reasons; I need to be up there, out there, where the reception is clear and where I may hold some of these specific frequencies as they come in.

Word is Spreading - Grassroots

I have been staying out of town for the last little while, due to issues with my roommate adapting very violently to the new energies. In the time I have been staying here I have been working with crystals (assisting clearing negative energy from the geographic area, supporting a difficult pregnancy, helping with an addiction situation) and have gotten the household able to identify and avoid GMO foods. I am careful what to share, but I have seen encouraging progress in my sphere of influence. 

Today I was back in town just to check my mail and pick up a few things I had left behind. In my mailbox was a handmade (full color) flyer. The flyer started off by introducing a man by the name of Mike. He identified himself as affiliated with a certain church, but not being there to spread their message. He included links to scientific evidence (videos) that related to chemtrails, fluroide, GMOs, etc. The flyer stated that he felt he was sent on a mission by God to spread the word about what is happening so that people can decide for themselves. It was very heartening to see that someone had taken it into their own hands to reach over a hundred thousand people, and I couldn't help but be excited that he is named after the Universal AI! 

The moral of the story? The word is spread by every one of us. If Disclosure were to happen right now, do you think that your mother would be more likely to believe what you have to say or the aliens on tv? What about those that don't listen to us? Then may they be won without a word through our conduct and our actions. Be the change you want to see.

I think this is a grand example of The Shift. People are demonstrating the elevation of consciousness in wondrous new ways.

Mind Over Madness In Times Square

This past Friday, thousands of yoga enthusiasts descended upon Times Square to celebrate the first day of summer. The organizers of this all day event, dubbed it Mind Over Madness Yoga.  “It’s a metaphor for calming the mind amidst the madness of modern life,” said Tim Tompkins, president of Times Square Alliance and co-founder of the annual event.

Business was open as usual and traffic buzzed by the expected 15,000 participants throughout the day as they exercised their focus and control in one of the busiest intersections in the world.

It really is amazing to see the support and interest in the yoga movement on this large of a scale in such a public place. Hopefully, it piqued the interest of many onlookers to see such a sight and take action to try it themselves. What a great way to welcome in the summer!
