If you have a sinus headache or a toothache or any sort of moderate pain or discomfort, there is something that you can do to help you get rid of this pain.  It should work instantly for you.

This remedy is better than taking over the counter or prescription pain medication as the pain medicine may have adverse side effects.  Remember that you have an inner and an outer aura.

This is your etheric body.  The etheric body follows the contours of your physical body and this etheric body composes the energy field in which you live and move.  When you are sick, it is typically because there is an energy leak in your aura or you are congested or depleted of energy.  Ki or prana energy is the vital energy or the life-force.

Set your intentions daily

 

After a night of restful sleep and just as you are awakening, ask to remember your dreams and night travels. While still in the energy of awakening, you are still carrying the energy of timelessness that you are in during your sleeping cycle.  Then set your intention for your day. List and consciously plan what you would like to experience during your day, leaving room for plenty of activities that feed your creative side. Set your energy and intention for meetings or work. Ask the angels to set up events and opportunities to be in just the right place today to meet or be inspired on your journey, and ask that you will immediately know that this is a sign from spirit and offer your gratitude for the sharing.  Start expecting them every day, and look for them, consider the message and more will come your way.

Archaeologists use revolutionary laser technology to find lost medieval city in Cambodia

A lost medieval city that thrived on a mist-shrouded Cambodian mountain 1,200 years ago has been discovered by archaeologists using revolutionary airborne laser technology, a report said.

In what it called a world exclusive, the Sydney Morning Herald said the city, Mahendraparvata, included temples hidden by jungle for centuries, many of which have not been looted.

A journalist and photographer from the newspaper accompanied the “Indiana Jones-style” expedition, led by a French-born archaeologist, through landmine-strewn jungle in the Siem Reap region where Angkor Wat, the largest Hindi temple complex in the world, is located.

Eruption plume from Popocatepétl yesterday

Activity has picked up during the past 2 days, as the preceding earthquake swarm had suggested. CENAPRED reports emissions at a rate of 2 per hour. The more vigorous explosions have produced ash plumes of up to 3 km height. The largest was an explosion yesterday just before 17:30 (local time).
A large SO2 plume is emitted from the volcano and visible on NOAA satellite data.
The alert level remains at "Yellow Phase 2".
