Ginkgo biloba is a “living fossil” as was stated by Charles Darwin (1959). It is the oldest living tree species in the world. The Ginkgo species dates all the way back to the Permian Period some 286 to 248 million years ago. Ginkgos began increasing in number a great deal in the middle of the Jurassic Period through the Cretaceous Period approximately 213million to 66.4 million years ago. During this era of the first flowering plants and the height of the Dinosaurs, fossils revealed several different Ginkgo species. These species were common and outspread in Asia, Europe, and America. This era along with its incredible kingdom of plants and animals ended with complete extinction.
Scientists had thought that Ginkgo, along with the rest of the prehistoric plants and animals, had too ceased to exist. It was not until 1691 that Englebert Kaempfer (1651-1692), a German Physician and Botanist, made a most amazing discovery in China. Ginkgo had somehow survived the devastating Ice Age, although it was not quite the same as its ancient ancestors. Due to environmental changes, the ancient Ginkgo had evolved. Today, Ginkgo biloba is the only surviving member of the Ginkgo family. This survival is said to be owed to its remarkable adaptability, resistance to disease, and to Buddhist monks who cultivated and preserved the trees on sacred grounds.

The universe is always beckoning our attention. Its request is that we not only ask the questions or even hear the answers, but to fully experience them as well. We do this by engaging in the magic of life.
This is a philosophy that is consistently articulated by someone whom I greatly respect and that is writer, teacher and philosopher Neil Kramer. Much of what is expressed in this essay will be based on his thesis about living an authentic life and exploring its immensity. We begin by retreating from what he calls the unreality and finding the will to engage life, without delay or equivocation.
But first, what does “unreality” mean? As Kramer defines it, the unreality is a system – a proposed version of reality that is put before us, usually at birth. He says that it is a one-dimensional version of reality and we are told that if we stay within this 1D framework, we’ll be fine. Many have called this living within the box.
Whether it is a decision about which food to eat, what to wear, which invitation to accept, or which creative project to focus on first, I choose Love.
Since the late 1980′s I have been straddling the “world as we know it” and the Universal Heart Consciousness in my approach to everyday life. As a creative, I have felt for the most part, alone with my connection to wisdom through heart and vibration – until this year. Many of us fully woke up this year, through The One People movement and others, to the realization that there are in fact many of us living on Earth in this way – being and understanding through feeling and knowing. I had help with this way of being. Call it Kundalini. Call it extraterrestrial intelligence. It seemed to have an agenda to wake me up and commune-icate with me in ways that I had not read of or heard of before in my life.
In the late 90′s, after my last three years of energetic healing courses, I stopped going to schools, workshops, reading books, and generally seeking anything outside of myself to inform me about who I am and what I am connected to. I go direct. Don’t get me wrong, I still have a need for community, for creating heart resonance in groups, and for basic validation that others feel the LOVE I feel… and KNOW what they are connected to beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Only ten percent of the human DNA is used for coding and reproduction of proteins, leaving a mystery of what the other ninety percent is used for. Russian scientists affirmed that sound can project patterns on the remaining 90 percent of DNA. By putting frequencies and sound patterns on a laser ray, the Russians influenced DNA frequencies and genetic information.
The Russians asserted that genetic code follows the same rules found in human languages. Simple words and phrases may work just as well as the laser beams that they used. Can man literally reprogram his genetic blueprint through words? This would explain why affirmations and hypnosis can have powerful effects on both the mind and the body.[1] The Russians also noted that pitch was a factor. Words are spoken at certain frequencies.
Many studies are giving us clues about how our DNA works. The May 1995 issue of Scientific American discussed the effects of ruthenium[2] on DNA. “The researchers noted that a single ruthenium atom placed at each end of the double-helix DNA increases the conductivity of the strand by a factor of 10,000, causing the DNA to become, in effect, a ‘superconductor.’ Once configured, the DNA strand opens up, undergoes repair and closes back up. New cells of the body are then replicated according to the new and improved DNA pattern.”[3] DNA is able to change and reform.
