The keyword for today is cope.   The energy can be overwhelming.  If you find yourself feeling like you are "going down" it is because we are - down into the underworld of our shadow sides with the transit of the Black Moon.  The core fear of our personal shadow sides is being triggered and this causes anxiety to the point of panic, generalized fear, utter exhaustion, and emotional volatility.  So this is what we are working with while trying to ground and contain ourselves.

Unbelievable, isn’t it? Unbelievable that you are a Master Creator. You don’t exactly see yourself as an all-time success, and, yet, you are ultimately you and perfectly a rendition of yourself. Of course, you have done a lot of improvising and you have, in the world’s eyes and in yours, flubbed a little bit.

However, the good news is that you are not on an assembly line. You are not tied to a particular rendition of yourself. You can compose and recompose. You can start over. You can polish. From this day forth, you can polish the mirror of yourself and declare a major renovation.

Truly, what you are waiting for is worth every disappointment you have ever had

Hello. This John with Saul’s message for Monday April 29th 2013.  I have been tired and irritable these last few days and have had difficulty making a connection with either Saul or Jesus, and that is why there was no blog post last Sunday.  So I decided to share with you the whole experience.  I started receiving this message last Friday and got very little.  Sitting during the weekend did not help, and finally I managed to unblock or release my irritation/anxiety today.  And so we have a message.  Enjoy!

A strong earthquake registered as M 5.3 occurred off the coast of Barbuda in eastern Caribbean, on April 30, 2013 at 06:56 UTC. The epicenter was located in sea, about 50 km off the coast or 37 km (22 miles) WSW of Codrington, Barbuda, 51 km (31 miles) NW of Saint John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, 65 km (40 miles) ENE of Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis, 136 km (84 miles) NNW of Sainte-Rose, Guadeloupe at coordinates 17.488°N, 62.142°W. USGS reported depth of 48.9 km (30.4 miles) and EMSC registered M 5.4 at depth of 48 km. Magnitude 5.3 Date-Time Tuesday, April 30, 2013...

A recent stretch of unsettled weather across the Middle East is expected to continue through at least the middle of the week.

The wild weather ranged from strong thunderstorms in Afghanistan to flooding in southern parts of the Arabian Peninsula to hail storms across northern Saudi Arabia.

You are not alone, my child. You can’t but see us, but you are surrounded with countless helpers – Angels, Guardian Angels, Ascended Masters and my beloved Archangels who are my direct children with the Divine Father. They are all near by. Sometimes you can feel them, scent them, but they are still invisible for you. They are ready to give you every conceivable help that is permitted. They aren’t allowed to act against your life contract but they will guide, heal and protect you. However you know already that they have to respect your free will. They aren’t allowed to act without request. So, don’t be afraid to ask them. They can hear you, I can hear you too, and we are all waiting to hear your call. We are only one thought away from you. We don’t have visiting times, we are always there for you, my child.
