Somehow, sometimes, you dig a hole for yourself where your heart can only be buried, stiffened, a stranger to itself. You would come back to love, and, yet, you can’t seem to bring yourself to do it. Something underlies your sense of disparity.

There is some kind of proof of another’s unworthiness that you can’t seem to remove. You wish you could. You wish you had good feelings for this person. If only you could dismiss your opposition to this person instead of the person himself. You do ask yourself: “Why oh why do I object so much to this person? When will this dislike leave me? When will it get out of my mind?”

The picture I chose for today speaks such truth. How we see ourselves is indeed what truly matters. It seems forever we have been taught that status matters, how others see us is of importance, keeping up with the Jones’ is a natural part of life. None of that matters. My Goodness, we have been told lies for so long it’s no wonder we have been stumbling along lost and without purpose. It is not an easy task to undo all of the brain washing we have under gone since birth, but we must fight hard to recoup our balance and wipe our minds clear of all of the lies. It is essential we do our inside work to become whole again, to clear out the clutter within and make free space for our new way of being to reside. At the top of our to do list should be recovering our self-worth, without it life just doesn’t work the way we want it to.

Australia's weather went "on steroids" over a summer that saw an unprecedented heatwave, bushfires and floods, the climate chief said Monday, warning that global warming would only make things worse.

The Bureau of Meteorology has confirmed the three summer months ending February 28 were the hottest season ever recorded in Australia, leading the government's Climate Commission to label it the "Angry Summer" in a new report.

Increase in seismic activity is being reported at Ecuadorian volcano Tungurahua, comparable to that of December 2012, when the volcano had erupted with ash plume of over 7 km. Activity at Tungurahua had slowed down ever since but again on February 25 and 27, five tremors were registered with ongoing underground lava activity. Total 80 tremors had been recorded till March 1st, occurring on short intervals. Ecuadorian Geophisic Institute reports emissions of gases and ashes from the open vent of the volcano. Given that this volcano is only 80 kilometers away from the capital city Quito, public is advised to continue monitoring...
