January 29, 2013 – AFRICA – At least 150,000 people have been displaced in Mozambique due to intense flooding, according to the United Nations. The UN said on Tuesday that the number displaced is expected to rise as fresh rains spread flooding northward. At least 40 people have been killed so far by heavy rains and overflowing rivers in the southeastern African country, which is experiencing its worst floods in more than a decade. “People in high-risk areas are still being rescued,” Rita Almeida, a spokeswoman for Mozambique’s National Disaster Management Institute, said.
To those that read here often I know I will be repeating to you, but this is of such importance I feel the need to write about it again. Now it is so important to understand this power of our thoughts as we move forward into the creation of our new world. First and foremost we need to understand that energy effects other energy, therefore whatever energy we are putting out into the world will affect our surroundings just as somebody elses will affect us. Our thoughts are where our power lies, yet for so long we have done very little with them. Our minds could be like the picture I chose today, an explosion of rainbow colors, if we chose to use them correctly. We are well aware of how negative or aggressive people affect us, especially if we are in a good mood, they weigh us down and turn us off and make us want to create as much distance with them as possible. On the other hand someone who is bubbly and uplifting draws us in and makes us want to be around them. Think of the power our thoughts must hold, if we can walk into a room and effect everyone in there.
Major energetic shifts are to be expected through the date of 2-13-2013. Although actual calendar dates are not significant to us, the numerological aspect of the 2-13-2013 are significant. Acceleration on a grand scale (increased volume and intensity) of the “rectification” [prior post] are to be expected.
Alignment with this acceleration up-shifts those intending for up-step to Higher Dimensional Gaia. “Sleepers” are to be left temporarily on 3D Earth, yet with upgraded OS [Eireport note: presumably, meaning "Operating System(s)"]. Ascension of those remaining on 3D Earth will occur more rapidly in current cosmic cycle than the prior one.
“Up-shift to Higher Dimensional Gaia” intenders will up-shift as individual fields are cleared of expectations.

WASHINGTON -- Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, the only Republican still in President Barack Obama's first-term Cabinet, said Tuesday he plans to leave the administration. His move continues an exodus that will give Obama's team a new look in his second term.
The 67-year-old LaHood, a former congressman from Illinois, pushed for greater safety on the highways and in the air.
He led the Transportation Department throughout Obama's first term and helped steer a campaign to curb distracted driving, promote high-speed rail and repair roads and bridges. Under his watch, the department demanded tougher fuel efficiency requirements for automakers and took steps to address airline pilot fatigue.
