we are truly off to a "crackling" New Year ~ one of the largest EVER sunspots seems to be delivering some high intense energies our way!   We have had several Solar flares directed our way over the past week!  Not to mention, the Sun has reversed poles ~ and WOW ... look at ALL the "topsy turvy" events happening around our Earth Mother at present!  Anything and Everything that has been hidden or shadowed is making it's way into the LIGHT ... to the top ...

if you feel anything like I do ... you are physically feeling all the many pangs of these frequencies ... exhaustion, digestive issues ( stomach ~ this is due to our nervous systems ("solar" plexus chakra), feeling anxious, those hot / cold flashes  (being drenched in sweat only to grab a blankie from being chilled ... LOL), hearts are beating wildly ;o) (myself now, when I FEEL my heart beat quicker, I stop ~ Smile and say THANK YOU for this upgrade or calibration), appetite swings ... for some, little or no appetite whilst others eating constantly ... there is no "right" way or "wrong" way and it is so IMPORTANT for each of us to USE OUR OWN INDIVIDUAL SENSES to acclimate and calibrate our vibrations ~ going within and ASKING ... having Trust and Faith in our Souls path, understanding the energies that present themselves before us, are there for a reason, as a tool!  We might not like it or understand it in that moment ... Having Trust and Faith that each Moment Divinely unfolds ... enables and empowers us to strive for Balance!  We are in new spaces and have been travelling over the past several years to Be Here!

Tuesday evening’s First Quarter Moon is an interesting one because, just as it indicates the next milestone lunar phase — evolving from the strong initiatory impulse from last week’s Capricorn New Moon of the 1st — this configuration also represents a further stage in the retrograde of Venus that began at the time of the December 21st Winter Solstice. The Moon has now reached the next cardinal sign of Aries, where in addition to the Sun, she squares Pluto in Capricorn. This is the phase of increased tension, associated with a “crisis of action,” meaning that we find unexpected obstacles to what we envisioned in the idealized impulse from one week past. These events bring new information to bear, that are enlightening to us in a transformational manner. Meanwhile, Venus, moving backward through the sign of Capricorn toward the Sun and Mercury, now exactly conjuncts Mercury, bringing greater consciousness to everything that we are attempting during this new month and as we look ahead to 2014.

STORMY SPACE WEATHER: Giant sunspot AR1944 is directly facing Earth and crackling with solar flares. Yesterday, Jan. 7th, an X1-class explosion in the sunspot's magnetic canopy hurled a CME in our direction. Sky watchers shoud be alert for auroras on Jan. 9th when the cloud arrives. NOAA forecasters estimate a 60% chance of strong geomagnetic storms. Aurora alerts: text, voice.

The X1-flare that hurled the CME toward Earth also accelerated a swarm of high-energy protons in our direction. Effects of the proton fusillade are visible in this Jan. 7th coronagraph movie from the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO):
