Following your heart can seem a fool’s journey, because it is so individual that another can not envision the ‘logic.’  You are a unique being, as is each leaf upon a tree.  Life is imbued within you completely.  There is no mistake.  Thus your heart’s journey is Life continuing brilliantly, and just as the leaf knows wholly all that it needs to thrive, so do your innate senses support your path.  With the leaf, which appears to have no choice, no voice, no individuality; there is such great unique beauty that the tree, that Life, is ever more refined.  The whole, be it the tree, the forest, the world and nature itself is more refined because of the life of the leaf.  Forces came into play that created its form, that responded to its movement, that reflected its life and Life was improved because of the courage of that leaf.  It can seem trivial to one that can not hear the song of the leaf calling for and calling forth life.  But Life, so huge that the universe you envision does not even begin to encompass it, is forever changed.

You may have never tasted watercress, but you’ve likely heard of it. It’s a peppery tasting, delicate leaf vegetable related to broccoli, kale, and collards. And like just like those other vegetables, watercress offers some amazing health benefits. One new study from the University of Southampton indicates that watercress could even be useful in the fight against breast cancer.

 

According to the study, published in a recent edition of the British Journal of Nutrition, a compound in the cruciferous plant could work to turn off signals in the cells that are used to facilitate cancer growth, thereby starving cancer cells to death.

The unspoilt pastoral landscape of Transylvania is the latest battlefield in the war against aggressive fossil energy extraction. Jim Wickens reports on the farming communities fighting back against multinational energy companies.

 

In recent weeks the sleepy Saxon communities and protected forests of Sibiu county in Transylvania, have become an unlikely front for a new battleground, pitting gas exploration companies, the Romanian government and international investment firms, against a small band of environmental activists from across Romania, who are working side by side with local farmers to resist gas and oil exploration that they claim is taking place illegally on their land.

Fracking protest bid to halt Barton Moss gas drilling

Anti-fracking protesters have attempted to stop a gas drilling rig arriving at Barton Moss in Greater Manchester. Police cleared the road to allow energy company IGas onto the site, between Barton Aerodrome and the M62. A man, aged 41, from the Glossop area was arrested on suspicion of obstructing police and the road, said a police spokesman. IGas confirmed plans to build a vertical test well at Barton Moss but said they have "no plans" for fracking.

Step one for everyone trying to make the world a better place should be listening to those they wish to help.

This is certainly true in the case of Haiti, a long-time target of Canadian ‘aid’. But, while Haitians continue to criticize Ottawa’s role in their country, few Canadians bother to pay attention.

After Uruguay announced it was withdrawing its 950 troops from the United Nations Mission to Stabilize Haiti last month, Moise Jean-Charles, took aim at the countries he considers most responsible for undermining Haitian sovereignty. EF2 Tornado Confirmed in North Carolina Following Tuesday Night Severe Weather

An EF2 tornado injured three people in North Carolina Tuesday night, damaging structures along the state's southeastern coast. The tornado was confirmed by a National Weather Service survey crew Wednesday morning due to condominium damage in Atlantic Beach, N.C. The survey was ongoing and more information would be distributed as it was found by the crew, according to the NWS.

The Shift is here. So many new people are experiencing the stepped-up strange changes and shifts in perception it’s amazing. Time seems altered, perception seems to be slipping. Many are feeling almost drugged by it.It’s moving fast. It’s not easy to describe but the effects change perception, your sense of timing and energy, and some are even sensing physical earth changes around them.And it’s all good!…that is, unless we resist the change.


Trends Now Appearing

I’m seeing some very interesting trends in the past few months in light of these changes, both inspiring as well as disconcerting.

On the surface, some of these trends seem to contradict each other, but really they’re manifestations of the same vibrational change in the midst of the mounting matrix clampdown, and we have to see them as such. These daily and even hourly choices remain choices for each and every one of us.
