It must be so painful dear ones, to be experiencing all these new uplifting energies and higher dimensions only to be slapped back into emotional pain at a moment's
notice. The last recurring wound is like the unwanted visitor who you thought had gone, only to find him not only at your front door, but already moved in and ensconced in your living room.
You must long for the day when this does not happen. Can you even imagine a place where that DOES NOT exist? Your most painful recurring issues of either fear, abandonment, rejection, lack of confidence, depression, whatever it may be – Poof,

But HERE, in this dimension is where you master this. For the more you practice Choice Points and the more you master this here in this dimension, the easier it will be. In other words, choose how you feel. It’s a very simple concept but possibly THE most difficult thing to master here.
So we say to you, after you have done all the work, learned all the techniques about choosing how to feel – and emotions pain is still experienced, just ask for our help.
Ask Archangel Michael to cut away the pain, ask Excaliber to remove what is keeping you from having an impeccable field and ask Mother Mary to comfort you.
The truth is that this will not be present in 5 and 6D.
