Codeine And Kids
Not really understanding why I held certain beliefs in the past, and now understanding the things I do, I NEVER gave my children anything with codeine because my dna knew that if you are already gene pooled with addiction, and also believing that when we give kids drugs as such, we PRE EXPOSE them to drugs like cocaine and when they even try it, the body is already used to it and its easy to get addicted to things. Not what I wanna say but, I believe that the point has been made. This is just an example of what I know to be truth. Here are more reasons NOT to give kid codeine. You decide.

And that is when it would be most helpful if you could relax into that peace and stillness. January 30, 2013 – CHINA - A massive sinkhole in Guangzhou, China, swallowed up buildings and knocked out power to thousands of residents. According to Shanghaiist, the sinkhole is about 3,230 square feet and plenty deep. A video shows a crowd milling about the sinkhole before it expanded, causing a building to crumble as if it were detonated. Neighboring buildings were evacuated and streets were blocked by police. “Gas could be smelt from over 30 metres away, and deafening noises could be heard as the land continued to crack and sink,” the Shanghaiist reports.

The UN said on Tuesday that the number displaced is expected to rise as fresh rains spread flooding northward. At least 40 people have been killed so far by heavy rains and overflowing rivers in the southeastern African country, which is experiencing its worst floods in more than a decade. “People in high-risk areas are still being rescued,” Rita Almeida, a spokeswoman for Mozambique’s National Disaster Management Institute, said.

To those that read here often I know I will be repeating to you, but this is of such importance I feel the need to write about it again. Now it is so important to understand this power of our thoughts as we move forward into the creation of our new world. First and foremost we need to understand that energy effects other energy, therefore whatever energy we are putting out into the world will affect our surroundings just as somebody elses will affect us. Our thoughts are where our power lies, yet for so long we have done very little with them. Our minds could be like the picture I chose today, an explosion of rainbow colors, if we chose to use them correctly. We are well aware of how negative or aggressive people affect us, especially if we are in a good mood, they weigh us down and turn us off and make us want to create as much distance with them as possible. On the other hand someone who is bubbly and uplifting draws us in and makes us want to be around them. Think of the power our thoughts must hold, if we can walk into a room and effect everyone in there.

Understand that it makes the theoretical underpinnings of classical physics obsolete, and so completely derails the “facts” that they have based their entire careers on.

I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my college degree.
The last class I had to take was Sociology.
The teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every human being had been graced with.
Her last project of the term was called, 'Smile.'
The class was asked to go out and smile at three people and document their reactions..
I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone and say hello anyway. So, I thought this would be a piece of cake, literally.
Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and I went out to McDonald's one crisp March morning.
It was just our way of sharing special playtime with our son.
We were standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away, and then
even my husband did.
I did not move an inch... an overwhelming feeling of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved.
As I turned around I smelled a horrible 'dirty body' smell, and there standing behind me were two poor homeless men.
As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he was 'smiling'

Parts of Britain woke to 84mph winds this morning as the country braces itself for more gales and flooding before the weekend.
In Scotland, where the worst weather has hit, people have been warned to stay indoors as high winds and seas make travel dangerous and to make provisions for power cuts.
Large swathes of the country have been issued with yellow warnings from the Met Office to “stay aware” as gusts of 60mph are due to hit the Midlands and North East.

I have written some posts but they have gone unpublished, undone, unfinished, somehow incomplete in a very complete way, intact in their attempts to bridge realities but unready to be sung, these private songs, whistling and humming in the background.
This has been a time of extraordinary moments, shimmering realizations that occur in the oddest situations.
Twice in the last two weeks I have been driving, and, for an extended period of time, I am operating my vehicle with absolutely no idea where I am or what I am supposed to be doing. It's as if I get plunked into this situation, and I do not recognize landmarks, everything is not unfamiliar but so abstracted, so theoretical, that it takes me some time to snap back into better aligned awareness.
I had an argument with myself about this yesterday. Do I want to shock myself into fearing a grisly demise as a victim of aggressive, advancing dementia? Forgetting where you are is the first sign! Pretty soon I'll be crapping my pants and demanding coffee and cigarettes from an overworked and resentful nursing home staff. Christ. I am fucked.

It is an energetic fact of life that whenever we commit to a new intention everything within us that is not in alignment with that new intention comes up. It comes up because it is responding to our intention. It comes up so that we can acknowledge it, address it, learn anything we are yet to learn from it, and finally transform or release it. Our new intention can thus manifest without any self-sabotage or blocks in the way. So this ‘coming up’ is a good thing, but as it comes up we can feel suffocated by the dust it is raising and this feels to us like a ‘bad’ thing.

Wild Temperature Swings This Week

On Monday, Topeka, Kan. broke its all-time January record high of 74 set Jan. 2, 1939, and Jan. 8, 2003, reaching 77 degrees by mid-afternoon. Columbia, Mo., also reached 77 to tie its all-time January record last set Jan. 24, 1950.
Several other cities in Kansas and Missouri, including Kansas City, came within one degree of tying their all-time January highs as well.

You could spend a lifetime studying the micro and macro biological and chemical systems that engage when stress signals are transmitting in the body. We also have psychological and emotional survival mechanisms. These are a bit more complex in that they can work in our favor or end up contributing to our pain and suffering.
