Low pressure moved through Texas yesterday bringing with it moderate to heavy rain across most of state. During the overnight hours the system pushed eastward into the Gulf Coast.

Weather Outlook for February 7: Low pressure moving towards Chicago will bring heavy snow across the majority of the Great Lakes today. A secondary low pressure will form over the Northern Gulf of Mexico creating showers and thunderstorms along the front. High pressure over the West will keep the weather nice over the majority of the region for another day.
