To let go I need not shut out and reject,

www.NewParadigmAstrology.com As usual, once I turn off the camera I think of stuff I shoulda, woulda, coulda said! It occurred to me how much all of this has to do with addictions..... Our addictions are so related to negative feelings stemming from past experiences that they can be addressed (and healed) through this same technique/mantra. As we agree to grow big and carry our past brethren with us despite not getting the outcome we desired, so much of our grief and anguish can be resolved with love that we can also let go of the chemical (and other) addictions that destroy us!....
