OWS Week has had a busy seven days also covering Occupy the Midwest Conference in Detroit with the theme "another world is possible" and Women's equality day in the big apple. OWS Week also took a trip across the land to shed light on LAPD Oppression and Harassment of Homeless and Occupiers.

There has been a new twist in student protests against tuition hikes in Quebec, Canada. Last spring, thousands of students took to the streets of Montreal demanding a change to the policy. Recently things got chaotic in Quebec, with police pepper-spraying the crowd and students flooding the streets. RT will keep you updated on the matter.

Protesters march through Tampa on the eve of RNC

A tropical storm forced the Republican National Convention to be postponed, but thousands of protesters didn't let a little rain stop them from rallying in Tampa, Florida Monday morning to voice their grievances against the GOP.
Demonstrators from across the country gathered in downtown Tampa early Monday , where they then marched around the city's streets chanting messages for the Republican Party.
GOP leaders will convene later this week at the convention, where they are expected to formally nominate Mitt Romney to challenge incumbent Barack Obama during November's presidential election.

New crop circle inspires shock and awe: Who or what is making them and why is the media ignoring this incredible phenomena?

The 2012 crop circle season has been no less than mind boggling, with 26 new crop circles appearing in July alone. Now, as the last of the crops are soon to be harvested, crop circle enthusiasts scour the horizon and the landscape in the hopes for one or two more.

This Sunday they were not disappointed. The stunning and intricate crop circle that was spotted on the morning of Sunday, August 26th on Hackpen Hill, Wiltshire, exceeded the wildest dreams of all. So exquisite is the intricate weaving and so precisely drawn the detail of this newest circle that it has caused people to question whether or not the images were photoshopped.

First hand accounts from those on the ground and in the air today over this breathtaking circle have attested to the fact that it does appear to be genuine.

This circle is striking in it's amazingly intricate 'weaving' method that has been found in several earlier crops, which appear to be a new technique that the 'artists' are introducing.

Some crops do resemble others in their style and form, and individual personalities are coming through in several of these mysterious masterpieces.

THIS IS HUGE !!!

This object is SO HUGE and its not a known planet

in the solar system neither its a comet or anything else

i have ever seen around the sun.

As you can see it has a glowing gas like sphere around it

and it looks like its shape is changing.

In the last part you can also see that a cme hits it and

it becomes more glowing and more amazing.

Does anybody has an answer on what it is ???

It's 'crunch time' for Greece right now - the German leader and French president are working out whether to grant Athens the 'breathing space' it says it needs to sort its finances out.

The country's been relying on international loans for over two years, but is struggling to meet its bailout conditions.

Meanwhile, Chancellor Merkel's allies in Berlin say 'a Greek exit wouldn't have a 'great impact' on the Eurozone'.

Investment advisor Patrick Young says, whether on not Greece is provided with more time, there's no chance it'll manage to get its economy back on track within the Eurozone.
