"Idle No More Flash Mob/Round Dance - Mt. Shasta Mall"
More than 150 native people, including the Winnemem Wintu, Redding Rancheria, Maidu, Wintu and Pit River Tribes, as well as supporters held a flash mob at Mt. Shasta Mall to protest anti-indigenous rights polices in Canada and the U.S.
Similar flash mobs have been held all over the world in the past month, and they began in Canada as a protest movement against an omnibus bill that reduced environmental protections for rivers and lakes as well as made it easier to sell reserve land." -Marc Dadigan
