God is easily the most abused Being on the Planet. People blame God for all their problems, expect God to solve all their problems, and then curse God when She doesn't. Imagine if you did that to another human being, it would be an extremely abusive relationship! Yet for some reason it's okay when you do it to God, like you don't have to show any kindness towards Her.

Oops, I seem to have used the "wrong" pronouns for God previously, I'll bet that bothered a few belief systems. God is supposed to be a man, right? A bearded old guy that lives in the clouds or something along those lines. I'm not even sure how God can have a specific gender, isn't God supposed to be the one who created male and female? Still, we're taught to think of God as a "him", and it's what is comfortable for most people.

I can understand men referring to God as a man, it's easier to relate to God that way. It makes God something more familiar and brings God closer. It makes God more personal, which is nice, though I'm not sure women referring to God as a man has the same effect. Personally, I don't see God as a he or a she, I see God as a He and a She. Each are God expressed, and both are essential to the Whole. If you want to view Creator as male and Creation as female, I can understand, though I wouldn't view them as separate either.

I love the way that when we remove ourselves from a situation or our surroundings, we gain a whole new perspective. I'm on vacation right now and as I look back on my 20s I think back to the good, the bad, and the straight-up ugly. Somehow, I don't see these moments as distinct experiences, but as a flowing cause and effect cycle. Were all the moments of clarity due to the challenges? Did I need those in order to grow? Or were the painful experiences part of the natural growth process?

Often, we grow in waves, a cycle known as Evolutionary Catharsis. This is the repeated upheaval and cleansing of our lives. More specifically, it is the disruption, intensification, and release of the habitual mental, emotional, and physical patterns we operate with. The end result is that kickass “Aha” moment where our brain is reorganized into a new, more evolved state. This is what allows us to have a greater perception of our lives.

God said:

I do not apologize for Life on Earth. I created a beautiful Creation, and you live in it. It is as if I am a Landlord, and I provide you with a beautiful place to live. As you live here, you kind of trash it. You let it go. You leave things around. You don’t even notice what you are doing or not doing. You take the beautiful place for granted, and, then, when your housing is no longer to your liking, you gripe about it and the Landlord.
 
Where were you, beloved, when the floors needed to be swept? Where were you when you stepped on flowers? Now, do you complain about the lack of flowers? Is pointing out errors your purpose?
 
Because you may have indigestion, would you complain to the Chef of a fine restaurant that his cooking gave you indigestion? Probably not, yet you might complain to a friend about the indigestible food at the fine restaurant. And your friend would nod his head, and say, “Yeah, isn’t that awful.” And then two of you feel above it all.
 
Whose responsibility is your digestion?
 
And yet, you complain to Me about the world you live in, seemingly separated from Me. You may even like the idea that I am, according to your perception, quite far away, rather anonymous somewhere up in the sky. You are bold about what you have to say so long as I am far away. I doubt that you would come up to Me or sit before Me and list your complaints or ask Me personally for explanations as you may rant and rave.  
 
Some may like to leave trash around and complain to Me about it.
 

Humanity has an inner opponent and it is called the human ego. The human ego was created during the fall of man when we chose to descend in consciousness, which led to a perceived separation from our Creator. Although we are never truly separated from the Creator Of All That Is, this fall in consciousness made us feel we were no longer connected in oneness to every other soul or to our Creator. Our consciousness began to fragment as we fell into duality and separation consciousness, which brought forth a great deal of fear within our being. Our souls were accustomed to living in oneness and the full embrace of the Creators love – we had never experienced this kind of fear before. Because we felt we were separated and powerless, our fears created an alter identity called the ego or the lower self. The ego is a fear filled extension of our souls and it is not connected to the loving guidance of our true selves that reside in a higher vibrating dimension within our energy fields. Out of desperation and confusion our souls allowed our egos to become the dominating source of guidance within our beings, which has created blocks and barriers between our incarnated soul and our true selves/spiritual selves.

God said:

Are you with Me? Yes, you are. Do you always know you are with Me? No, you don’t always. And therein is the rub, for when you are aware, truly and deeply aware that We are One, then what can there be for you to worry about? Worry seems to be like a plague. I do not give plagues. I have other things to do.
 
Actually, I have other things to be than a plague-giver. I am the Doer, and, yet, I am very much the Be-er. Yes, I am a Singer and a Dancer, and I AM. Most importantly, I AM. I AM mainly Intransitive. My Very Being is Is-ness. There is far more to Me than striding across the Universe. This is also the same Truth of You, beloveds.
 
Of course, Earth, on the surface, is a Land of Doing. Yet, deep down, Earth is a Land of Being. There is a Deep Well filled with Still Waters. You are deep, beloveds. You are deeper than you presently let on to yourself. There is something in you that makes fun of yourself, denies yourself, ridicules yourself rather than honoring yourself. What is this lack of honor that you hold to? If you honor Me, honor yourself. Even if you do not honor Me, honor yourself. You are far more than what you make yourself out to be, this Being of Greatness Who huddles and hides in the world.
