If you're feeling overwhelmed in your life, there's one thing I highly recommend, breathing. Deep, full, conscious and thankful breaths can do wonders to calm you down and get you grounded. If you're feeling anxious at all, pay attention to how you're breathing. Chances are it's short, shallow breaths, and breathing that way actually helps to feed into feelings of anxiousness. Slower, deeper breaths are highly recommended.

My next recommendation if you're feeling overwhelmed and you need to decompress is to go out into Nature. When you're surrounded by people who are constantly worried about things like money, jobs and other people, it's difficult to not take on some of the energy yourself. It's good to disconnect from all of that at least sometimes, and it certainly helps with finding your authentic self. You can then approach the human world from a much more balanced state, instead of being caught up in the middle of all the chaos.

Trees don't worry about paying taxes, though governments would probably tax them if they could. The whole human world, all the businesses, currencies, governments, and nations, they don't really exist out in Nature. The only way those belief systems can get out there is if you bring them in your own mind. If you can leave all that stuff behind, you will find that Nature is an incredibly peaceful and wondrous place. Something worth much more than what money can buy.

Mark Gorton is a prominent financier and a respected entrepreneur. He founded the music sharing site Limewire, and he runs Tower Research, a famed high-frequency trading firm. Gorton also believes that the "ruthless" secret cabal that assassinated JFK and planned 9/11 could be coming to kill his family.

Mark Gorton does not have a reputation as a crackpot. Quite the opposite. He's been favorably profiled in the New York Times for his business acumen and charitable deeds. His experience as the head of Limewire—which disrupted the music industry and then lost a $100 million lawsuit as a result—was closely followed by the press. And when Michael Lewis's blockbuster new book about high frequency trading was published recently, prominent media outlets turned to Gorton to learn what HFT firms are really like. The Huffington Post even dubbed him "the new face of Wall Street." He is a very respected and very wealthy man.

This week, we were forwarded documents that Gorton was sending out to employees at Tower Research. These documents—embedded at the bottom of this post—are essays by Mark Gorton, laying out his theories on the secret high-level murderous criminal "Cabal" that is responsible for, among other things, the JFK and RFK assassinations, the presidential careers of the Bushes, Clinton, and Obama, the Oklahoma City bombing, the 9/11 plot, and the murder of countless witnesses, politicians, and journalists who sought to expose them, including Sen. Paul Wellstone and even Hunter S. Thompson. Everything, according to Gorton, has been an inside job.

It is really something.

Reading other people’s articles makes it clear that I’m not the only one responding to this drive to step up our work in changing the planet, and it’s interesting and synchronistic to see how many others are also compelled to expand.

I’m ready for something bigger; something greater. I’m ready to take this work to a whole new level, and instead of simply discussing the channeled material we’ve been given from other sources, I’m ready to use my own channeling and writing ‘abilities’ to produce more and purer work than I ever have before.

I’ve enjoyed discussing other sources’ channeled material, but at the same time, I recognize that there are flaws in some of them. There will inevitably be flaws in any channeled message, including mine, and it’s been said that no message is one hundred percent pure.

In discussing material from certain messages, I’ve advocated concepts that I don’t really ‘feel’. I feel like I’ve grown to associate myself with other people’s material in a way that isn’t very comfortable, and instead of building my articles around that material, I’d like to start speaking from my higher mind; my heart.

I have a wealth of articles I wrote as far back as March that I still haven’t published (some of them are pretty long) but honestly, posting them doesn’t excite me. I don’t feel that sense of wholeness that’s supposed to come with doing something one really enjoys, and since I understand this, I’d like to change my work up a little bit and start talking about things that are close to my heart.

God said:

What is the difference between love and Truth? This is a very wise question I ask. I go so far as to say that love is the only Truth. All the rest that life in the world occupies is a matter of fiction, not fact even as it seems to be fact. The whole uproar on Earth is play. It is Make-Believe. It is Let’s Pretend.
 
And how very well My children pretend. They may pretend love away, and think that life is futile. Futile and illusion are not quite the same. One reason life seems futile to you is that it is ongoing. Even in distress, you have an idea of the continuity of life.
 
Because there is no end to life doesn’t mean it is futile. Life is purposeful. Even when life does not seem purposeful, it is purposed. Life is like a proposal. It is proposed in the Vastness of Eternity. The proposed is displayed on Earth. There is no end to the story. It is popularly believed that the story ends with death, and, yet, that is the farthest from the Truth.
 
Indeed, there are times when life does feel very unreal to you. How close you are to True Realization then.

Judgments of the ego are what perpetuate the pain in our lives.

It is not possible to deny the pain, or our experiences, but it is possible – necessary -- to surrender them to a wisdom within, one that is greater than our mind and ego.

I can understand the appeal of being alone, especially for the more spiritually oriented in our society. For years I didn't have anybody I could really talk to about what I was going through, so much of my time was spent walking through nature by myself. However, being alone so much never really felt "right", I always yearned for other people to interact with. I did have friends, but it was clear our paths were going in different directions, and being with them very much felt emotionally draining.

Before long I moved to the big city believing I could connect with more people there. Boy was I naive! There's a term, "urban solitude", which describes perfectly my experience in the city. You might think that more people together means more connection between them, but in the big city the opposite seems to be true. I watched as people went out of their way to avoid personal contact with each other. It was fascinating to see people make an effort to not even look at each other. You could wave and say "hi", but many people would react by looking down at the ground. All the people so busy trying to get someplace else that they're barely aware of where they are.

After a few years in the big city I moved to a very small town with a more spiritually oriented community. This was a breath of fresh air compared to the city. I connected with more people in a week there than I did the years I lived in the city. Sure, the smaller communities have their drama and gossip, but the personal connection between people is there and it's something very sacred.

The Americas should get an excellent view of the "Blood Moon" tonight. This will be a full lunar eclipse, which means the Moon enters fully into the Earth's shadow. The eclipse starts around 2 a.m. EDT (11 p.m. PDT), with the effects most visible around 3 a.m. EDT (12 a.m. PDT).

As with all eclipses, there's various predictions going around about what's supposed to happen afterwards, everything from ascension to doomsday. There's also people pointing on that this lunar eclipse, as well the 3 to follow, all occur on Jewish holidays. Since the Jewish holidays are based upon a lunar calendar, certain holidays always happen on full moons. Lunar eclipses also always occur on full moons, so the fact that the eclipses and the Jewish holidays line up doesn't exactly seem like an incredible coincidence to me.
