In your body are three main pathways, the Ida (feminine), the Pingala (masculine) and the Sushumna (Divine Child). Achieving 'balance' of these polarities of Life-Force Energies often involves considerable clearing and releasing of trapped cellular memories, often some that are carried over from earlier lives!
