can someone verify the way i have been felling for the past week? it seems i cry at the drop of the hat and i don't want to do anything that i like to do any more whats up with this or am i just immagining this? in the light kathykat

Depression

I know exactly how you feel, I was right where you are a couple of weeks ago. It is just like FatherMotherGod said. I grieved and didnt know what I was grieving. The depression that I have just got over was completely related to my ego going and sort of like left over remnants of issues dealt with in the past. It is almost like to move upward you have one last look at where you have been? I had help moving this with Reiki, it worked a treat. I definitely recommend a session or 2 to help it away. Hope this helps. Thanks
