A cat of the Light

Sarah Shiddian's picture

I was sitting at my computer and noticed 11:11. I thought about my cat a few minutes later and was looking for him (Soleil - Sun in English) and found him sitting by the lighted bulb and he stood there for a while. It was 11:20 when I took the picture. I am pretty sure he was there at 11:11. He truly is the Sun (Soleil) of my life. And I am the Sun of his. Purrrfect match! ^^

EDIT: I did not want cats anymore for many reasons and March 19, 2008 he CALLED me. He was on a rooftop, scared and wanting to come down. He meowed and as soon as I heard him I said to the man I was with: "A cat is calling me. Let's find it". It took at least 20 minutes to get it down and he followed us by foot most of the time on more than 2 km. Besides my love for all animals it was not my intention to adopt him, it would be my friends's cat, not mine. April 10 or 11 I had to bring him to the vet for surgery. His tail had frozen and it was black and bent. It was hurting him a lot. So they cut at least 3 inches and I had him neutered at the same time. And in May it happened: I was in love. He became MY cat. And he has been since. I spend most of my time with him. He loves lights, especially Christmas lights, around his Pet's Pad (smile). See:

NOW:

I know everything will be allright and that Soleil is ascending with me but he  was heavy enough last year and he added an extra 2 pounds since last summer. He weighs 18 pounds. He is tall and sturdy and does not look big on the pictures but he IS heavy. I do not overfeed him and he eats less than  recommended portions on the bags. I feed him only premium food and no human food (except for a small olive once in a while or some other goodies but not often). A bit of canned food everyday (not even a tablespoon). We play almost everyday (hide and seek or catch me if you can - he can run FAST trust me!; he sometimes scares the he...aven out of me but sometimes I win! -smile). He has green-blue hazel eyes. I call him my Bobcat, Lynx, Sphinx, Roudoudou (soft red hair), Tiger, Lion... actually he is a cameleon but shut! don't tell him, he thinks he is a cat...

So, as to his weight, something tells me he is anchoring his physical body into earth for ascension. What do you think? Have you noticed a weight gain in your beloved animal brothers and sisters?

Well thank you and glad you have made acquaintance with the love of my life.

Such an adorable share. I

Such an adorable share. I inherited two cats when our manager and his wife moved and my new fur family is so endearing to my heart. My sister has a cat who wakes her up when she has a bad dream by gently batting at her face. Cats are wonderful fellow travelers on our journey of life. Mine like to garden with me by batting the round bulbs around... what joy in such a small bodies! Love loves and it knows no boundaries.

Im glad he came home. Him

I don't even see a cat anymore in Soleil, only an evolved soul incarnated in a furry body. The body could be anything else than a cat's. It does not matter. I LOVE him. I'm sorry Sarah, I would be very miserable without my Soleil at this time in my life too. Take care and hope for the best. Love to Boy and love to you.
