Mysterious light seen twice in Bakersfield.
17 News received numerous calls from viewers about a mysterious bright light shining in the sky over Bakersfield for the second straight night.

I have seen this light the last two nights in a row. I got a picture of it last night after noticing a post about it on beforeitsnews yesterday. Will do a blog post and link it so you can see it.

Light in sky
I believe you were looking at a planet. I see one every night. With binoculars, I can see it's shape.
The one in the news video, I have seen also. That light flickers, flashes, and changes colours.
