I saw the news recently that the Pope had turned down dinner with US politicians in favor of dining with a group of homeless people. The media jumped all over this, what a great man the Pope must be! Even before the deed was done, it was already being celebrated. People are commending him on finally being a Pope that behaves like Jesus, yet I'm having a difficult time seeing the similarities. If fact, a very specific quote from the Bible comes to mind when I keep hearing about what the Pope is doing:
"...when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others."
Sound a little familiar?
Would a “good” man lead an evil organization? The Catholic church is incredibly wealthy, influential and powerful, there's a lot they can do to fight the system that creates homelessness. The Pope, who leads this organization, could do so much with all that wealth and power. He could do so much to disrupt the system, so much more than simple having dinner with a handful of homeless people. Why isn't he?
The Catholic church has horded up billions of dollars, they're not the kind of group that fights homelessness, they're the kind of people who create it! When they really start fighting to change the system, when their money is where their mouth is, then I'll believe the Catholic church has changed, until then this stuff just looks like publicity stunts.
The Catholic church was just recently caught doing all sorts of horrible things, am I to believe they've suddenly changed their ways? And this new Pope is busy helping them repair their tarnished reputation, he's helping them to look good again. This “good man” is busy helping a very evil organization look good in the eyes of the public. It doesn't take a genius to see there's a contradiction there. He's busy reestablishing the “moral authority” of the Catholic church, one of history's most immoral organizations. Are people really this foolish?
“It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.” -Mark Twain
The fact that the mainstream media, an integral part of the system that allows the rich to prey upon the poor, is celebrating him as some sort of saint should make people heavily question things. These people help promote war, they worship death and destruction, yet now they're suddenly for the homeless? There is much good in the world. There are many doing far more than the Pope, with far less than he has, yet they get ignored by the media. That should make you question why...
It's easy to act like a saint, anybody can do it. People already have preconceptions about what it looks like, you just have to play the part. Be nice to poor people, give to the homeless, bless cripples, it' doesn't take much. Of course, that's nothing like Jesus. Sure, Jesus did all those things, but he also threatened the very system that creates extreme wealth for a few and poverty for so many others.
The Pope went before the United States congress, and the media acts like he rebuked them, but his actual speech was remarkably polite. He went up before one of the world's greatest collections of liars, criminals, hypocrites and warmongers, the very people who are complicit in creating a system that makes sure the poor stay poor, and he kindly asked them to stop. Unless he's monumentally stupid, he has to realize that accomplished next to nothing, other than making him look good. He had a wonderful opportunity to call out the world's greatest liars and hypocrites, yet he made the same kind of predictable speech everyone expects a Pope to make. He's just reinforcing the status quo, and giving hope to people that a rotten system is somehow going to change itself.
The previous Pope, Benedict, he was the perfect kind of Pope for the Catholic church. He's the kind of representation they deserve. He was Hitler youth, looked remarkably like the evil Emperor from Star Wars, and seemed to have his face stuck in a permanent sneer. That's honesty, he made the wicked look wicked. He was doing us a great service by helping the Catholic church get exactly what it deserves, it's own destruction. The current Pope is busy making evil look good, and you can be sure the Catholic church is going to abuse that to the max, like they always have.
Then there's the United Nations, an organization that's enormously responsible for helping cement in a system that spreads inequality and poverty. It's a way for large countries, like the United States, to bully smaller countries and force policies upon them that go against their own sovereignty and best interest. Recently, the UN firmly established that it has no concept of ethics by having Saudi Arabia head a major “human rights” council. This is a country about to crucify a young man for daring to exercise basic human rights. Surely the “good” Pope wouldn't assist an organization like the UN, but that's exactly what he's doing, helping them promote their agendas.
Please don't fall for this trick.

Nail on the Head
Thank GOD I’m not the only one who Sees This TRUTH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jesus is my Co-pilot & Best Friend... but Catholicism / Christianity has Perpetrated
the Most Heinous Acts upon Humanity since the Roman Empire.
They’ve Bastardized the Teachings of Christ to the point of Insanity in order to further
their Agenda of “Suppression / Ignorance = Sheeple” for the sake of Control & Greed.
If there was in fact going to be a real human Anti-Christ, I would consider it the Pope !
