We have deep compassion for all those who were effected and at the same time we honor their service as well. Oklahoma tornado tears massive path of death, destruction

Moore, Oklahoma (CNN) -- Rescue workers raced against time and darkness Monday night looking for survivors after a powerful tornado blasted an area outside of Oklahoma City, leveling homes and leaving at least 51 people dead.
At least 20 of the dead were children, including at least seven from Plaza Towers Elementary School in Moore, which lay directly in the path of the monster storm's wall of wind.

The quake was recorded at 5:49 a.m. local time (EDT; 0949 GMT) Monday, at a shallow depth of 10 kilometers (6.2 miles), some 600 kilometers (370 miles) from the city of Puerto Quellon. Chile's oceanographic service said it was not felt on land and discounted the possibility of a tsunami. U.S. seismologists originally estimated the magnitude at 6.8 later recalculated downward.

Launched Thursday, Deaddrop is the brainchild of former hacker turned Wired editor, Kevin Poulsen, who approached Swartz with the idea. Swartz built the code for the project—one last gift to journalists and whistleblowers worldwide and the open-source internet community.
"He agreed to do it," writes Poulsen, "with the understanding that the code would be open-source—licensed to allow anyone to use it freely—when we launched the system." As the Obama Administration continues their dogged pursuit and prosecution of press sources and whistleblowers like Bradley Manning and while the news of the Justice Department's seizure of Associated Press records continues to swirl, newsrooms are frantically reevaluating their security procedures.

Several casualties including children have been reported after a historic tornado swept through the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore, devastating hundreds of buildings including two schools. Meteorologists reported winds up to 200 miles per hour.
A severe storm has generated baseball-sized hail, high winds and at least 28 tornadoes in the Midwest, including Oklahoma, Kansas and Iowa. Residents remain in hiding as meteorologists forecast that the severe weather conditions will continue to generate destructive twisters.

I know it's a "march against Monsanto" but I like to view it as a march *for* a healthy, sustainable, ethical food supply.
Remember (as I always say), every time you buy something, you are voting and standing for something! By purchasing something, you are giving it energy and power. As much as you can, buy organic and from family farms. If you can grow your own, awesome, go for it! These are things you can do continuously; but we have reached a point where we must act more, and quickly; these types of gatherings are important, not only to make a statement, but to bring more awareness! So we can grow our numbers... those of us who are "fighting the good fight", for the light ♥

HJ: Understanding and working with the Chakras is a major step in ones spiritual evolution and leads to increased clarity, energetic sensitivity and what are termed ‘siddhis’. Siddhis are essentially the development of extra sensory perceptions (telepathy, seeing into the future, etc.) and increased manifestation and creational abilities. In ancient texts one is warned to proceed with caution because these ‘siddhis’ can be developed before one is ready for their power and they can be misused, which ends up retarding ones spiritual advancement, although, in the grand scheme of things, this is all part of our greater learning, understanding and unfolding. However, it can lead one astray and even into regression if one is not careful.
Working with, opening and clearing the Chakras often times has the effect of suddenly healing past traumas and clearing the subconscious mind of negative/limiting beliefs developed over the years. The Chakras store energy and if one is not aware and working with them, they are often blocked and this causes many common symptoms that we attribute to other less ‘metaphysical occurrences’.

Stromboli (Eolian Islands, Italy): Over the past days, Stromboli has returned to normal levels of activity with frequent, mostly small to medium-sized explosions and low to medium tremor. Small lava overflows and frequent rockfalls still occur.
Pavlov (Alaska Peninsula, USA): The eruption continues with no significant changes. Small lava fountaining, explosions, and the explosive interaction of the lava flow with snow and ice generate a plume of steam, ash, and gas, occasionally reaching up to 22,000 ft. above sea level, and extending primarily southeast from the volcano over the North Pacific Ocean visible in satellite images.
Minor ash fall is likely occurring on the north, east and southeast flanks of the volcano and possibly on parts of Pavlof Bay and adjacent waters southeast of the volcano.

Yesterday morning, I was out on my front patio in the sunshime, planting seeds and flowers. Of course, the first phase of my project required that I make space for all of these new little lives by clearing out what was no longer alive. And so I did, being very careful not to disturb any plants that were still living, no matter how long and spindly their stems had become. I was amazed at how much joy this simple act was giving me–this welcoming of new life to grow around me! That is, until the awful happened.
There is a pot that I’d hung years ago from a tree branch that graciously extends itself over my front patio. I fill it with flowers. Every spring, I prune them (oh so gently!), and add some new ones to the mix. This spring, however, I saw that there didn’t appear to be any life left in the pot at all. From my view from a few feet below, it seemed to be piled with nothing but old, dead leaves, dropped from the gracious tree that holds it. Then, as I began to lift the pot off the tree’s limb, I heard and felt a tremendous flutter of alarm reverberate through me. It felt like shock waves, and had I not managed to grab onto the arm of a patio chair (bruising knuckles in a scrape against concrete as I flailed for it), they would have knocked me to the ground.

Now isn’t that the truth! And by god don’t we know it now from having lived it for these many Ascension months and years!
Polarity or Duality resolution does not happen by denying that the Dark exists (or has existed and has done so at unseen levels of frequency in other dimensions etc.). It disappears from one’s self, one’s environment, one’s space and one’s focus once one has discovered it and acknowledged that it even exists, then begins to work on integrating it, transmuting it, taking all the nasty, punch, sting and power out of it and return “it” back to a natural state of pure energy or energetic neutrality. Remember Carlos Castaneda’s teacher Don Juan teaching him about ‘Petty Tyrants’ ? That’s what all this level of personal and collective and other dimensional inner Dark stuff is; varying levels of developed ‘Petty Tyrants’.

WEEKEND CME STRIKES: Over the weekend, a pair of CMEs hit Earth--one on May 18th (0100 UT) and another on May 19th (2250 UT). The impacts, especially the first one, rattled Earth's magnetic field and sparked Northern Lights visible as far south as Colorado. Some of the brightest appeared over Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where photographer Chris Cook took this self-portrait:
"This is the first time since September 2005 that the lights have been visible from here," says Cook. " It was a beautiful display. During the peak, which lasted about 20 minutes, I could see red and pink pillars with my unaided eye." With only a short exposure, Cook's camera revealed the true depth of color shown above.

Heavy May rainfall breaks records in the NT, WA and SA

Over the past 24 hours, a northwest cloud band has delivered some spectacular rain from the northwest WA to the inland SA and the NT. Cygnet Bay in Western Australia saw 155mm in the 24 hours to 9am Tuesday, which is four times the May average and highest May rainfall in at least 50 years. Giles saw its highest May rainfall in 21 years will 50mm hitting the rain gauge.
In the Northern Territory, Curtin Springs reached 61mm, while Uluru (Yulara) saw 42mm which is more than three times the average May rainfall.

China Sinkhole Kills Five In Shenzhen

Five people died when a 10 metre (33 feet) wide sinkhole opened up at the gates of an industrial estate in Shenzhen, the southern Chinese boom town neighbouring Hong Kong, local authorities said Tuesday.
The Shenzhen Longgang district government said on its verified page on Sina Weibo, China's version of Twitter, that five people had died and added that it was investigating the incident.

Enough Northwest wind energy to power about 85,000 homes each month could be stored in porous rocks deep underground for later use, according to a new, comprehensive study. Researchers at the Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and Bonneville Power Administration identified two unique methods for this energy storage approach and two eastern Washington locations to put them into practice.
Compressed air energy storage plants could help save the region’s abundant wind power — which is often produced at night when winds are strong and energy demand is low — for later, when demand is high and power supplies are more strained. These plants can also switch between energy storage and power generation within minutes, providing flexibility to balance the region’s highly variable wind energy generation throughout the day.

With at least 10 tornadoes ripping through North Texas in one night this week — leveling neighborhoods, killing six and injuring dozens — it might be tempting to call the twisters yet another instance of climate-fueled weather. But not so fast.
While most climate scientists agree that global warming is driving record heat waves, widespread drought, heavy rain and floods, intense hurricanes, and even monster snowstorms, tornadoes — at least for now — are a different story.
