HIGH SCHOOL BULLIES??
As a white tween girl in an all black girls school in a third world country, I was bullied (it's never fun being the minority representative). As a 19 year old fashion model in my graduating year of university, I was also bullied by my sorority sisters; as well as by the 'young ladies' at my ivy-league college. But dealing with 'HIGH SCHOOL BULLIES' is nothing compared to the emotional, psychological, mental & physical trauma/human rights abuses I have endured, survived & triumphed. Colima volcano has entered a new eruptive phase with more explosions during the past days.
On January 6, the first explosion produced an ash column of 3 km height. The second explosion occurred 4 days later on Thursday 10 January. The second blast destroyed the lava dome that had been emplaced in 2007 in the summit crater.
On Sunday January 13 the third explosion occurred, but the event was smaller than the previous two.
The eruptions expelled approximately 1.5 million cubic meters of volcanic material that was part of the old dome and left a new crater of 220 m diameter inside the 420 m wide summit crater.

HJ: It’s easy to get caught up (or perhaps, stuck…) in a routine. Especially for those working a full-time 9-5 job, where the days begin to blur together and months slip away at an alarming rate. Many yearn for personal/life transformation yet feel suffocated by their daily rhythms, caught in a seemingly endless grind that shows no signs of letting up. This may or may not be compounded by financial problems. A seemingly dire situation indeed…
However, there are ways to break this momentum and begin creating the life of your dreams. To set the stage for this transformation, you must first be open to transformation . You must open your mind to the possibility of another reality from the one you are currently experiencing being possible. There are many ways to go about this, but perhaps one of the easiest is outlined in the article below. The fact is, all outward shifts begin within and so this is where your efforts must be focused initially – on changing the thought patterns and habits that have led to your current situation.
The Only “Dependence”…
As is sit here at Java, listening to the waves, some kind of message is trying to come out. Let’s see what it is…
There is only one “dependence” that I go along with. That is, dependence on Higher Self. That’s it. I’m not going to try to define it, only that it IS within, and it IS Higher than ego small self (small “s”).
When I get Guidance, Higher Guidance, I DO often sense it is from my Galactic family, partners, crew. Rather than just “Higher Me”, or “Higher KP”.

This opening story, like the last one I posted, is dangerous but instructive and essential. It is also, I hope, beautiful. Not beautiful in the conventional sense, but beautiful in its discord-leading-to-resolution. Before sharing, I want to explain that I’ve already passed it under the eyes of those implicated, and in their humility and loving-kindness they’re willing to have it shared publicly even if it's not too terribly flattering at first.

Well, here's a funny thing. I just wrote a nine page entry, and with one errant flick of my finger, it was all gone.

I just wanted to say, the entry I put up yesterday bothered me, on many levels, ever since writing it.
Partly it was because I was trying, in a perhaps inappropriately public space, to work out a private issue, a private event, an encounter in which the other player left the field, unwilling to engage. And that felt weird.
But, I was sort of left with this big sack of questions after getting fired. I am allowed to continue to deal with it until I have found resolution. This is how I deal. Further, it is not a secret that this is how I work out stuff someetimes. So be it.
The other thing, the bigger thing, is that I was not being entirely honest, although I really was trying to be. Just couldn't go deep enough. Not ready.
So here I am, to try again.

Big Story Weather from January 15: The ice storm that continued to hit the Gulf Coast region from Northern Louisiana to Northern Mississippi and portions of Western Tennessee created a lot of disruptions to traffic with the slick roads. The clipper system that started to move through the Northern Plains also brought some light snow to the region, and the cold weather out west all topped the day for weather.
Weather Outlook for January 16: Low pressure moving up along the Northeast will bring light snow to the region and also along the Eastern Lakes. The upper level low will move through the Southeast later this afternoon bringing colder air which will create a pocket of cold rain and snow for the region from Northern Louisiana into Northern Mississippi and Alabama. A clipper system moving through the Northern Plains will bring light snow to the Dakotas. High pressure out west will bring very nice weather to the region. Below is the weather for a few select cities.

According to the Denver Post, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar will step down from his position and return to Colorado.
Salazar joins outgoing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner, Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta, and Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis.
Secretary of Energy Steven Chu is reportedly “widely expected to step down” but has not announced his plans.

PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. -- Thousands of dead fish washed up on a beach at Pawleys Island on Tuesday afternoon -- just a week after hundreds of thousands also died near Wilmington.
The fish are menhaden and are on the south end of Pawleys Island, police confirmed. The SC Department of Natural Resources has been notified of the incident.

When I set out on this journey of self-revelation and being revealed before the world, or at least that small portion that gives itself the label, “lightworker”, I had little idea what I would encounter. I have been writing this blog for six months now, first breaking through shyness and, yes, fear of being “seen” by others in a way that I had not had to experience in this lifetime as yet.
If you’ve ever caught glimpses of yourself in the stories in books about what happened and in some places still happens to those who live and think in a different fashion than that which is dictated by our erstwhile controllers, then you know what I mean. I have seen myself, just in glimpses or visions felt within or an echo in my being, like a sympathetic string on a finely tuned instrument. I have seen myself as a woman during the traumatic Wars of Independence in Scotland; as a Hindu dancer in Mogul India; as a Druid and healer in the days when the new harsh religious hand of Rome lay heavy upon the British Isles; as a native American shaman undergoing a spirit journey in the wilderness; as a sailor on the open seas… many places, many bodies and many different times.

I swear to god, on the other side of the veil a bunch of spirits are at a betting station, wagering on how far us humans will stretch before we break!! Just because our spiritual energy is soooo pliable it can stretch into forever, this flipping human body… not even close!! Or at least it feels not even close.
I woke up at 1 am on January 15th with the most horrific searing pain in my left eye. My right eye finally was starting to feel normal after weeks of hurting and swelling… but this left eye pain, just brought me to my knees. Water was streaming down my face, forget tears. The pain was originating from the far corner of the left side of my left eye, nowhere near my contact, yet I knew, I had to get the one and only contact I had in my eye, out. Holy shit what a battle that was.
I keep little night lights all over the house, so when I wake up in the middle of the night I don’t have to turn any lights on to see where I am going. These little night lights were officially blinding me. After an hour of trying to open my eye to get my contact out and just searing pain ravaging my eye, I just sat and cried. I reached my breaking point. Half because I hurt so much, half because I knew… I have 5 people I am going to be rescheduling…. again, in the morning.

On January 13, this huge sunspot reached its maximum size measured as more than 193 000 km (120, 000 miles) wide long or 15 Earth diameters) from end to end. A low-pressure system, dubbed a “bomb cyclone” by local press, dumped eight centimetres (three inches) of snow in nine hours, the heaviest snowfall in the region since January 2006, the Japan Meteorological Agency said.
It left 13 centimeters of snow in neighboring Yokohama, while mountainous areas around Tokyo saw up to 30 centimeters. A 71-year-old man in Shiojiri city, Nagano prefecture, died after falling into an open drain as he cleared snow around his house, a fire service spokesman said. National broadcaster NHK said at least 891 injuries had been recorded in Tokyo and the area around it, many of them elderly people who had slipped on snow-covered streets or motorists involved in accidents. The operator of the Tokyo Skytree, a 634-metre (2,080-foot) tower in the capital that opened last year, said security guards were patrolling the base to keep people away from possible ice falls.

Forecasters had predicted a slight chance of light sleet but had said that most of the precipitation should stay southeast of Dallas-Fort Worth. “It’s always a challenge to predict winter precipitation in North Texas,” said Nick Hampshire, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service office in Fort Worth.

A water bearer in China had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which he carried across his neck. One of the pots had a crack in it, while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walk from the stream to the House, the cracked pot arrived only half full. For a full two years this went on daily, with the bearer delivering only one and a half pots full of water to his house. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments, perfect for which it was made. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of it’s own imperfection. And miserable that it was able to accomplish only half of what it had been made to do.

Yesterday's video had an individual challenging the use of the word "frequency" in relation to Spirituality. This person said that Spirituality cannot use that as that frequency cannot be measured in "Hertz" which is limited to Alternating Current. Frequency in Spiritual terms still cycles between the duality of polarities still creating waves of oscillations or frequency which is generated. All things in this universe are created in the same way. So, I have to say that the spiritual "babble" words that was used in description, really may be turned back that that same individual speaking it as to the limited definitions of context of the words used in his own understanding of the concepts... Frequency is definitely the proper word to be used with spirituality. LOVE!
Lightworker Motivation Jan 16 Wes Annac
If I could just be permitted to poke my head in here before continuing on with my day – I am so happy to see the continual Light and encouragement being given by so many facets of the Lightworker public as of late. Being a “poster” of spiritual commentary and channeled messages nearly every day for a while now, I can usually gauge how we Lightworkers are doing or where we are at based on the general material being put-forth and lately, I have to say that things really seem to be picking up.
We are motivated more than ever to begin bringing our New World into fruition. We are ready to see the condition of this world change and we are willing to do the inner and outer-work required to see this happen. We are ready to see an enlightened humanity who understands the importance of putting an end to the violence, hatred, separation and the violation of the sovereign rights of We the People.
We are ready to take back this world and work with all of ourselves to bring-forth collective peace, understanding and harmony. Or at least, I and a few others are and it seems apparent by the writings being given of late by fellow awakening writers and channelers, that we are more motivated than ever before to repair this world and to establish the basic concepts we have already established within ourselves, for all on this world to benefit from.
