I haven’t yet discussed channeling or channeled messages in depth, but they’re believed to be one potent way our Universal Family communicates with humanity.

As we expand our perception and begin to evolve, so does our ability to pick up on and bring through energy from the higher dimensions expand. We become able to maintain an active and fruitful link with the higher dimensions if we let ourselves believe such a link is real, and as a part of this process, some people will open up to what’s been called “channeling”.

“Channeling” is a term for connecting with an individual or collective of entities from the higher dimensions or the planes of nirvana and communicating with them. It’s believed that we can open up to the higher dimensions and specific individuals and collectives comprising our Universal Family as we open our heart and third eye chakras, though of course, we should focus on the development of every chakra.

There are many different types of channeling, and one of the most popular methods is “automatic writing”.

Automatic writing sees the channel reach a state of connection with the entity/collective they intend to bring through, usually with affirmation, and have the entity convey a message through them with writing. Channeling via automatic writing has caught on quite a bit, though admittedly, it’s not as direct of a method as vocally bringing an entity through.

When life seems bleak to you, you attach reasons to why life is bleak. Sometimes, when life feels bleak, you do not know why or what to attach your heartache to. You are unable to find the cause. The cause is always the same, beloveds, or We may say there is no cause. Feeling depressed is self-sustaining. You feel lost because you feel lost. You feel ungrounded because you feel ungrounded. You feel there is no end to it because you feel no end to it.

Because. The cause is always within you. You may never be able to pin down the cause, and yet the down-ness will go away on its own the way it came. One day it will be gone. You do not have to stay there. You are not serving a sentence.

I was in a discussion with a friend when he responded to a comment that I made with the following: “I will have to think better of myself if I am to believe that.” YES!!! Think better of yourself in every moment! Let go of all internal criticism, know that it is your job to love yourself, no one else’s! We are equipped with loving hearts that desire nothing so much as to radiate that love to ourselves. Our hearts dance in glee to shine our light upon ourselves! How often do you allow your heart free rein? How often do you let your heart go on a rampage of self love? Try it, it is the most fun you can have. There is no thing external, no one who can light up your heart as powerfully as you can.

Please let that sink in deep. We are taught that it is all about the other, finding the right partner, being in right relationship….that is where the bliss resides. We spend time bemoaning the lack of the perfect partner or struggling to maintain the bliss if we have a partner. All due to the fact that it is not the partner that brings the bliss. It has always been an inside job. We were not taught this as self love leads to power and freedom. A free people cannot be enslaved. Do you understand that by allowing your critic free rein you are your own jailer? You are the one keeping yourself in a prison cell? This is why we can live in a country that proclaims itself the land of the free and yet be the amongst the most enslaved peoples. Only you can free yourself and the key is self love. Use your key and step out into the light of day.
