Holding you back in some ways is your resistance to change in some areas. There are for some of you new concepts and new ideas that are foreign to you, strange to you. You do not resonate with them, for you have never experienced anything like this before in any of your previous or recent incarnations. We of the Galactic Federation of Light wish to assist you smooth this transition for yourselves and assimilate these changes more efficiently and effectively, more positively, more securely and more confidently.

At this time, some of you are demonstrating great difficulties when reading our messages to you. These individuals are displaying behaviors not suitable for higher dimensional existence in many ways. These individuals are demonstrating for all to see that they are not yet prepared, they have not yet enabled themselves to rise above the frequency levels of a 3rd third dimensional existence. This is their choice and we, as we always do, honor and respect the choice that all will make, however, these beings may wish to understand that they will not, because they cannot, ascend into the higher dimensions until these deficiencies in their personality constructs are purified, are corrected, are brought into alignment with higher dimensional consciousness.

You are doing yourselves a tremendous service when you begin to learn to work better and get along better between yourselves. We have been noticing a marked improvement in this area, and we wish to say to you your efforts are greatly appreciated and will take you far in this world and maybe even beyond, for you see, all that you achieve here has galactic and universal repercussions. Most of what you do here affects so many others and your universe itself. We have on many occasions described for you how vastly important your mission is here. We wish at this time to reiterate, and say to you that your mission here involves many different worlds working together on a project so vast, so import, that worlds literally depend upon the outcome of your work here, how well you can get along with each other while interacting with each other, working together, playing together, and what goals you can achieve, which goals you cannot achieve, and so many other areas of concern that we can discuss these at great length for many hours.

We will just cut to the chase and tell you that your efforts to work together to achieve common goals is the most important thing that you can possibly be doing at this time. There is nothing else more important, there is nothing else as vital, there is nothing else you would be wise to spend your time upon. We feel we cannot be any clearer on this as this says it all, does it not?  You cannot be focusing your attention on anything else that is more important to the survival of your planet and many other planets alike in this universe than working and doing your best to get along with each other and work together to achieve certain goals.

As we will move forward now with our plans for this world, you will begin to see rapid changes in many governmental systems as well as other systems throughout your societies. These changes, although gradual in some areas must be sharp in others as there are not too many choices that we have here, as some of your systems must tumble as if a rug has been pulled out from under them. We wish to proceed as slowly and as cautiously as is possible and we will do just that, however, in some cases as slow as we could go would still be considered relatively fast from your perspective, as new systems need to be built quickly to preserve much of your world and to safeguard some facets of your life such as food production and distribution and other areas of necessity such as your water and electricity utilities. These systems need to be preserved for now, for we do offer you replacements for these systems that will change how you produce these commodities and how you distribute these commodities, however, these changes must for the time being be put on the back burner, so to speak, while we focus our efforts in other areas that necessitate them being moved up the list.
