According to a 1,500 year old manuscript, Jesus was a devoted family man with two children, and he took Mary Magdalene as his wife. This manuscript claims a previously unknown plot of Jesus’s life, taking place 13 years before his death. This revelation was brought forth by Simcha Jacobovic, a Professor of Religious Studies at Toronto’s York University.

This manuscript claims that Mary Magdalene was also the Virgin Mary. The authors of this lost gospel even assert the names of the children of Christ, and depicts an assassination attempt on Mary and the children. It also details his high political connections, like his friendship with Emperor Tiberius.

The Ecclesiastical History of Zacharias Rhetor of Mytilene, the manuscript in question, has been in the British Museum and British Library for almost 170 years...

Where shall we start? How about the usual place, inside yourself, for that is where the seeds have been planted and where the roots are growing. Let’s do some weeding today so you can better nurture your growth.

Take some deep breaths, using whatever method suits you to become relaxed while releasing the concerns of the day. Take a few moments to do this. When distracting thoughts come in, gently release them. If need be, focus completely on your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Ahhhhh, doesn’t that feel better? You know, you can do this anytime you are feeling out of sorts and full of anxiety. Teach it to your friends, your children, your co-workers. It’s easy and you can do it while driving, walking, eating or any other activity. You will be much better able to make clear decisions and to find areas that need your attention when you are not all caught up in tension.

Take about five or ten minutes to set the intention that you will have a day of fun and in-joy-ment. Visualize yourself smiling and giggling all day. If there is an activity that is likely to be heavy or dark, see yourself happy, no matter how glum everyone around you may be. Well, that’s it! Class dismissed! Go out and have some fun! Be in joy! Breath gives us life. In Sanskrit, that life force prana, is considered the equivalent of “chi” energy or the “ki” in Reiki .. It is the breath of life that permeates our entire being and moves up the spine touching and vitalizing each chakra, healing by its very nature. Various systems concentrate on the breath as a healing agent, from yogic breathing to holotropic breath work (rebirthing) to the science of LaMaze childbirth or rebirthing, which uses a series of uninterrupted breaths to pitch one into an altered state of consciousness which facilitates release.

These modalities, potent as they are, require a master, therapist, or coach to guide you into the healing consciousness, but you can train yourself to tap into your own healing power by simply breathing with intention. You might want to record yourself reading the guided meditation with relaxing music playing in the background to keep your focus uninterrupted.
