The Planetary New Year and a New Cycle of Time
According to the Galactic Calendars that were kept by the Mayans and other advanced races on Earth, the "natural" New Year of the Planet is on 26th of July. Because the more traditional calendars do not keep accurate time in synchronization with Galactic cycles, the 25th of July is designated as the "Day out of Time" when the Earth realigns with Galactic time in preparation for the New Cycle of Ascension and Creation. This is a magical day filled with Joy and Creativity and Magic as the New Energy is birthed.
Chapter 23 asserts specifically that interplanetary travel and contacts between humans and aliens actually occur. Further, the same chapter asserts that such contacts can be benign and cause no harm to either terrestrial or extraterrestrial participants.
Today we speak to you of ascension. You are beginning now to see the results of higher dimensional energies pouring into world consciousness causing the dissolution of many old paradigms and bringing in a receptivity to truth and there is much yet to come. Up till now, ascension has been the distant goal of hundreds of individual lifetimes of experience and learning finally to be understood only after death with the help of one's Guides. However at this time--NOW, planetary energy is shifting and raising in frequency through the presence of so many enlightened beings on earth at this time. There are many from other planets here in human body simply to add their light to this process. The higher dimensional Light of so many enlightened ones is serving to dissolve the false and bring about the personal ascension of many while still in physical body. Those of you reading and resonating with the Arcturian messages can rest assured that you chose to be here at this powerful time to be a part of this.

I kind of like this Earth and would like to see our small blue planet becoming the Star of Light that she is meant to be, together will all who live on her.
“Opening a passage within yourself to other worlds will be the way that you make first contact. You will not need beings to land their ships and introduce themselves to you in the flesh in order for you to have that experience that so many of you are longing for.
Having the desire to make contact is the first step. Knowing that you need not go anywhere and that no other beings need to come to you in order to have your conscious first contact is also part of the process. Letting yourselves know that these other beings that you desire to connect with are other aspects of yourselves will also aid you in making that conscious contact. Seeing them all as equals will also help.
Now, your passageway will be through your hearts. There is much about your hearts that you are discovering. They are portals, and you are the operator of your own portal. You are deciding how much of your heart you are opening to your fellow humans. And when you open your heart to fellow humans, you are allowing for more contact to occur with beings from other worlds.
They are aware of you. They are aware of the extent to which you are truly open. They are also aware that they have been given the label of ‘savior’ by many of you and that others fear the destruction of earth, or of humanity, by the hands of other species from other worlds. We would like for all of you to know that neither of those popular depictions of extra-terrestrials are accurate.
Beyond the reunification of Mastery realms, Star family, finer expressions, and our grounded physical Selves, there is the New Light which brings a new creation.
