In again a lot of stories being showing singularity and synchronicity is what I have been seeing this past days. A short pause is now granted to us to integrate the energies that have come in and are coming fast again in probably tonight or tomorrow morning. It feels today like a rest day. 
But what I wanted to talk about is what people should be taking to heart now. I see people who have been crossing with a lot of us on the 21 October 2012 having a problem manifesting the 5D possibilities of what we all want in the now here become our new reality. It is still that people fall back and forget about creating is imagining and visualizing a new reality. It is about being creative from the heart not from the mind. Also that EGO is still often in the way and is gonna interfere and pull you back in thinking from the head or believing things can not be really coming true if imagined from the heart.

DEEPLY AWAKE – PROBABLY Halloween was really fun this year, probably the best yet. We ate cheese sandwiches and bean soup, watched X-Men First Class, and then Sam got dressed up, painted his face, and off we went, into the perfect autumn night, the one I have thought of from time to time, I imagine. The quiet streets, the gentle passersby, then kind son who would just occasionally reach out and walk with his arm around me, just for a while, and it felt so good to know he finally, sometimes, feels safe enough to express tenderness. And then I would turn and hug him, making sure my chest, right where my heart sits, that it laid flat against him, so that he could feel how my heart was spinning with gratitude, and the surprisingly familiar clear knowing of what peace is. And then, the morning sort of jagged, rough, with teeth marks bumping up the surface of that first moment when you come up from a long swim in dark, inky, undecipherable sleep. That odd feeling where the floor is just a little tilty, though all appears level. Just not right, just not right. And then the thoughts. Money. Bills. Car battery. New job offer. My future. My rent. My dad. My sister. The cats need food they will eat. I need to clean my house. Where are Sam's jeans? Why can't I get my shit together? Yeah, yodeling from high on the mountain one day, picking crap off your feet from a dirty kitchen floor the next. Some helper you are. Some mystic you are. Just a gullible person who can't make friends. Why wasn't mom more, um, oh, I don't even need to go there. We need to get going. We're going to be late. Jesus, none of Sam's clothes fit him anymore. I can't afford clothes. Christ. Bills. Payday. Let's GO!

CME IMPACT: A coronal mass ejection hit Earth's magnetic field on Oct. 31st around 1530 UT. The impact jolted Earth's polar magnetic field and sparked auroras around the Arctic Circle. Frank Olsen sends this picture from Sortland, Norway:
For a while, the auroras were bright enough to see despite the glare of the nearly-full Moon. "Conditions were excellent for aurora photography," says Olsen. "I captured the Moon with the Pleiades on top and Jupiter to the left. And just over the mountain, Orion was rising."

It used to be that one could travel nearly alone in a canister pod. Once one could snooze for hours, but those days were gone. It was standing room only now.

I found God in a bathroom stall
Sometimes I don't know when I am making things up or if they really happened. A few weeks ago I would have told you that I saw a light blinking in the sky and that it was totally a UFO. (Maybe I did tell you this, as this actually happened to me. It was blue.) Anyway, ask me now and I wouldn't be so sure.
I've been having the sort of day at work where I've needed to go to the bathroom every so often just to cry. This time I am writing rather than crying. Anyway, I've got the rest of the day to change it, right? And with the help of the Universe I am slowing turning the day around. This happened to me once before. I wrote about it here. That time I knew that it was an old friend, Mark, who had passed away that was helping me. This time, I think it's God.
I've never been much of a believer in God, especially after bearing witness to so much heartbreak in a short amount of time. By December of 2009 I had 0% faith in Him. But, that's another story.
So, back to my bathroom crying sessions... the last time I was in there I was sitting in the stall letting the tears flow when the title of this blog popped in my head. I found God in a bathroom stall. I laughed about it at first, thinking about how silly it seemed. Then, I put my head down on my lap and cried some more.
(This is the part where what I said in the first paragraph comes into play. I shouldn't be doubting myself about what I felt but it happened only for a split second and the more I think about it, the less certain I get. That's the problem, though, isn't it. Don't think, just feel.)

Not far from New Haven village, strange sounds began to echo in the wind. They would start up at night, continue for hours, and then stop abruptly before morning’s first light. No one knew exactly what the sound was or where it came from, but some said it sounded like an intense grinding, the sound of metal ripping through rock. Others described it as the “Sounds of Thunder.”

It is time to cut our umbilical cords connected to the illusion and let our spirits fly free at last. We are beings of energy and if our energy gets stuck we get sick, we get limited and we stop growing. We need to be free to expand and explore and embrace our lives on all levels.
I was watching different people discussing their experiences in Hurricane Sandy and I noticed it was the folks who were able to let go of what they no longer have that were weathering the storm the best. We seem to still be so fearful of letting go because we fear that is all we have and see it as a limitation. Instead we need to look at situations with the openness of knowing and believing that what we may have lost can be restored in one fashion or another, because the universe always provides us with what we need. It may not be the same as what we had before, but more often times than not it turns out to be better than what we had before. We just have to have the faith that if we let go all will be well.

As the winds of change continue to gather momentum, there are distinct currents of shift and change occurring on different levels of consciousness. One moment, we feel centred, calm and collect; but the next we can feel disconnected, disenchanted and discombobulated. In the blink of an eye, we can oscillate between knowing and trust to disarray and doubt; such shifts are undoubtedly hard to manage, for they are so unpredictable. At the same time though, despite the uncertainty, there is still an overall sense of forward movement and transformation.
This is a time of intense change; the path to Self (the path of awakening) is not an easy path, but it is one that we intuitively know we are ready to walk. Knowing ourselves, being ourselves and loving ourselves lies at the core of all of this change, for it is once we have become true to our essence, that we become love and feel divinity flowing freely through our veins. We always have been Divine of course, it’s just that life’s twists and turns have so frequently tripped us up or taken us off-piste, that we have ‘forgotten’ out true state of being.

To some, it probably seems crazy that I’m excited by that. I mean, yes, there is a lot at stake. My house. My vehicle. Everything I have worked so hard for. Yeah, yeah. I know.
I lost my job October 18, 2012, and believe me, I have gone down that fear path myself. Even though I’ve received GREAT messages from my Pleiadian Ring telling me not to worry. That there is nothing the banksters can do anymore. The house is mine. The car is mine. I’m FREE now.

Yesterday was a very interesting end to a very interesting month! At first blush, I would have said we didn’t get much in the way of information, until I realized just how wrong I was about that!
My first three readings of the day unfolded back to back to back, some, with only 15 minutes in between (mostly due to really great conversations!) My fourth reading of the day wasn’t until 2pm in my world…. a stretch across time to Australia which was already in the timeline of Nov 1st. Granted, 7am on Nov 1st… But November none the less.
But before I share with you what I learned about yesterdays amazing readings, let me first share some details of the first reading of the day. The understandings of his reading, I know apply to sooo many people and we all really need to sit with this and free any remaining worry within us.

That was the question as I got up at around 4:30, as kitties helped encourage me out of bed and give them a morning treat. And that was the question as I arrived here at Java, and now drink a mocha. And see the moon ship overhead.
I had nothing in mind to write. Yet here it is. I’m asking Universe what is to be written.
One reason I love Java on the Rock is there is a purity of connection here with Gaia which is not often found. The major sound today, for example, is the washing of small waves over the rocks. That’s it. No music, no cell phone talk. And if I want to jump over the wall and walk on those rocks, or the sand, with the ocean water washing my feet, I can do it.

Yours is not a perfect world, and yet it is. It is exactly what all of us, the guides, angels, and beings of light, intended to create. In fact, it is far more grand that we could have possibly imagined. You are a part of this group as you are but a piece of Spirit expressing itself. So, sometimes when you look around, you see, pain, suffering and unfairness and we say that these are exactly the catalysts for change that are they to help you grow.
Look around and see the kindness of another. See beauty and light for it exists everywhere, even in the most seemingly dark of places. There is always light. Some of you carry this light within your eyes and it lets others know that things are truly okay, some of you it is in your touch and some of you it is in your smile. Some of you shine brightest from your heart, igniting the other three in such a way that you actually glow in a way that others can see and feel.
Shine your light and make it bright as it will help to guide those behind you who cannot see their own light. The more lights you gather, the brighter you all become. Let there be light. This will help the transitions be smooth and harmonious for everyone involved and brings great blessings that you may not yet see.

At the end of his speech in Sedona on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m., Mike Quinsey gave an impromptu message from SaLuSa. Mike did not give it as SaLuSa speaking directly, but as Mike reporting what SaLuSa was saying to him.
Thank you, dear ones, for coming to Sedona. I’m speaking for SaLuSa who wants to say that they’re more than grateful for people coming to Sedona. You’ve created much more light than previously which will go around the Earth and help to speed up evolution around the planet.
The forces on the motherships and other craft are so near to us now. They’re monitoring everything that goes on around the Earth. The consciousness levels have never been as high as they are now and when they reach critical mass there’ll be an explosion of light on the Earth.
They want us not to make the extraterrestrials superior in any way. They come as equals and when they come we’ll have a great celebration. They’ll continue to be with us after Ascension. They want us to become part of their plans for the future and they have a lot to offer us and will lift us into the higher levels they have described.

Today we would like to focus your attention on humanities astonishing ability to overcome unfathomable adversity. There are many who are experiencing a wide array of challenging experiences in this great time of change. There are those of you who can see the positive in any situation and in turn are very grateful for the benefits that the experience brings, and there are others who will choose to find the negative in even the most positive of situations. Of course like anything in your world, your perception of the experience is what determines whether it is seen as a positive experience of a negative experience. Remember, every circumstance is neutral, only you can place a value on it.

It takes a broad view and a courageous heart to Know All is Well in these times. The current machine of Earthly life is set to disrupt conscious creation with its noise. There is a mechanism that you have within you that is receptive, for your nature is connective. Your nature is to receive the pulse of the universe into your own heart, perceive it as part of you and honor the out-breath of Life in All, so its unique impact upon the dimensional interaction is received, recorded and released to continue Life. That is the nature of Life and you are that.
You are on a path of transition and you are responsible for what you emit into the world because you create it. Vibration begins its new creation within your own vessel. It is brought into your consciousness, for you are biologically receptive. Your Divine gift of free will is choice. You choose within and the vibrational dominance is created, then emitted. You signal Life for creation and Creation Responds. The relay system continues; the breath of life.
