As I was eating lunch at like, two thirty, one of the nurses said that 'even the charge nurse of PACU has not had a chance to eat'. I thought it was Not Right that we would work under these conditions. And after intubating the patient in the Unit, I saw the Charge Nurse--she had been holding her pee for four hours, never mind lunch, she was so busy. Again, with my heart and soul I thought, Not Right!
About an hour later, downstairs, in the nursing lounge and also the desk in PACU, were fifty small orange juices with a bag of Trail Mix on top of each one. Sustenance. From the Big Nurse in Administration to show she knew everybody is working so hard. Although these were for nurses, and not for doctors, I am well-liked. A nurse gave me one. And that was my dinner, until I got home to my cereal. I manifested this. I raised the signal with my heart center. Someone heard it. And that someone chose to act.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Pauline Friedman Phillips, who as Dear Abby dispensed snappy, sometimes saucy advice on love, marriage and meddling mothers-in-law to millions of newspaper readers around the world and opened the way for the likes of Dr. Ruth, Dr. Phil and Oprah, has died. She was 94.
Phillips died Wednesday in Minneapolis after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease, said Gene Willis, a publicist for the Universal Uclick syndicate.
"My mother leaves very big high heels to fill with a legacy of compassion, commitment and positive social change," her daughter, Jeanne Phillips, who now writes the column, said in a statement.

Alright. In the Quarterly Forecast and some other places I have been talking about cleansing, you know this is the prime time to start to get the toxins out of the body slowly and gently, dealing basically with improving the immune system and many other things. We have sort of a cosmic debris coming towards the planet; lots of things going on.
So what I want to talk about this week is “Wake Up Calls”. There are going to be numerous wake up calls. It could be something as simple as when you awake in the morning, you remember a segment of a dream that was warning you about your health, or you heard a person’s voice saying something negative and that might mean maybe you need to do some cord cutting or some entity clearing.

The volcano’s lava lake lapped over the inner ledge of its vent, reaching a new high and bring molten rock closer than ever to the floor of Halema’uma’u crater. The level was about 80 feet (25 meters) below the crater floor, the highest level reached since the summit vent blasted open in March 2008, the U.S. Geological Survey reports. The lava lake last surged on Oct. 23, 2012, when the high mark was measured at 100 feet (31 m) below the crater floor. Since fresh lava appeared atop Kilauea in 2008, the lake level has varied from near the crater to out of sight, more than 650 feet (200 m) beneath the crater floor.

As another New Year gets into full swing there is a growing sense of ‘earthing’ as each of us finds peace and stillness in the spaces within. After so much shift, transition and metamorphosis it comes as some relief to sense a tranquillity rising up from within that brings with it vision, wisdom and a powerful sense of knowing. Although many are still standing at the crossroads pondering which way to turn (if at all), many others are now contemplating the best way to embrace life in order to live the best life possible. The year ahead feels exciting, vibrant and full of life, and even though the path is uncertain on many levels, intuitively it still feels ‘right’.
Of course, embracing life and striving to live the best life possible has always been the aim, but with so much uncertainty, confusion and discombobulation it has been hard to see the wood for the trees. As a result, the ‘bigger picture’ shifted slightly out of focus as the day-to-day challenges kept us locked in keeping on keeping on.

I don't want to, but I have to.
I don't know what I'm writing when I start this. It has something to do with my heart feeling cold, though.
There's a positive and negative to everything. I haven't been meditating daily, like I know I should. I'm recogizing the differences now. Postive and negative. Dark and light.
When I don't meditate, I'm cold. I know I'm cold. My heart is cold and mine and that's it. I recogize others, but I don't really seeeeee them.
When I do meditate I am warm. I am kind. I am compassionate. I am miserable.
What?
You heard me, I am miserable.
That doesn't make sense.
When I do meditate, I am giggly and I am nice and I am warm, I am so warm. My heart is warm and soft. I wake up in the mornings and cry and cry and cry. I don't want to keep living in this 3D world. The thought of getting out of bed, and going out in 3D rattles me.
So when I don't meditate. I still smile. I'm still kind, but I am hard and cold.
It's not something I think that others notice the way I do. They still see the smile, they still get treated kindly. But not as kindly as they could.
I don't want to venture into that 3D world, but I have to.
When I don't meditate, I can get by. I don't have an aching feeling in my heart, a longing for something better.
What's worse? I'll tell you.
When I don't meditate, there's nothing pushing me. I'm "content", for lack of a better word. I don't realize that aching and longing, it's hidden inside of me. Buried in the layers of density from 3D living to keep it hiding from me, so it's not there to give me that motivation.
I don't want to go out in the 3D world, but I have to. I have to because someday, I won't have to.
Does that make sense?
Good.

So Fresh And So Clean Clean
First of all, I would like to thank Spirit for the cleansing process I went thru the last few days. It was painful to get down to the core and let it go. I AM remembering that cleansing is a on going process. It was suggested by RA that we daily ask for protection. I stripped myself down to the Light, cried like I never have before, and I was cleansed. Can't fool God/Godddess, you can TRUST Geeta on that. If you are a praiser/dancer/singer by nature, IT WILL BURST FORTH WHEN YOU MUST BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF. Don't worry, if your not a praiser or believe in it, I will take up the slack with a smile on my face and more Love in my Heart for you.
Second, this Heart of Two be One is a actual FACT. Yesterday, I experienced a very intense pain in my Heart, as if I was dying. Now, I understand why. Not ready to talk about it, but, KNOW FOR A FACT that when you TRUELY Love someone UNCONDITIONALLY, you can/will/may be effected when they are in trouble. It is important to remain calm NO MATTER WHAT. I thank Spirit for giving me the revelation to understand why my Heart was in such panick. I thank Spirit for knowing to remain calm and ask for immediate assistance. All is well.
Third, IT'S SNOWIN!!!! I love snow. It makes the world seem so bright. I hope the kids in the neighboorhood make snowmen. I wish I could be with my grandkids and play in the snow today. Smile.. I can call them so they can tell me all about it.

Winter Storm Iago will continue to spread both snow and rain across the South and into the Mid-Atlantic Thursday evening into early Friday.
Iago dumped up to 4 inches of snow in central Mississippi on Thursday morning. Portions of northern Alabama received 1 to 3 inches of snow on Thursday afternoon accompanied by isolated occurrences of thunder and lightning. Up to a foot or more of snow was reported in the mountains of southwest Virginia on Thursday evening.

The energy of the cosmic moment has poured in so that 31% of people have ascended to the fifth dimension. That is almost a third of the planet and this suggests wonderful possibilities for the future. However, first the light is clearing out the lower energy in many people so that the new frequency can enter the cells. No wonder there has been a flu and sickness epidemic as the old is forced out of the chakras. I do think it makes it easier to bear if people realise they are going through a purification.
A lot of the sickness has been clearing stuck energy in the navel chakra. For lifetimes cultures, religions, countries and even families have had differences because of these blockages. However as navel chakras throughout the world start to open and glow with fifth dimensional light people will see their common bond. Togetherness will grow and communities will start to form where people help and support each other.

There are times in the exchange of energy, of what I call readings, that is no less exciting than the greatest orgasm ever had. Afterwards you just want to sit back and have an amazing cigarette and just feel what your whole body and soul experienced. Yesterday, in an intimate exchange of understanding and expansion with a beautiful lady in the field… it was very much like that!
But before I share all the juicy nuggets that came from her reading (as well as others) I want to first talk about a conversation we had, a few days prior, she had a meditation that set the stage of this incredible exchange of information. But I also realized thru her sharing her meditation, about the time I was going thru serious left eye stabbing pain and laid in my bath tub all day, something was happening in my bathtub those hours I did not give any credit to, until this amazing connection.
In the several hours I was in my bath, my whole field of vision was acting like a strobe light gone wild. Dark, then light, dark then light continuously for close to 3 hours. I just poo pooed it off as something to do with my intense eye pain and inability to keep my eyes open for very long. This strobe effect happened whether my eyes were opened or closed, it didn’t matter.

Australia has started 2013 with a record-breaking heat wave that has lasted more than two weeks across many parts of the country. Temperatures have regularly gone above 48°C, with the highest recorded maximum of 49.6°C at Moomba in South Australia. The extreme conditions have been associated with a delayed onset of the Australian monsoon, and slow moving weather systems over the continent.
Australia has always experienced heat waves, and they are a normal part of most summers. However, the current event affecting much of inland Australia has definitely not been typical.

Just as regions of our planet have monsoon season, or tornado season, so too does Saturn have its own stormy season.
Once every Saturn year or so—which corresponds to roughly 30 Earth years—a giant, churning storm works its way through the clouds of Saturn’s northern hemisphere, sometimes encircling the entire planet like a belt. Lasting a few dozen days or more, these storms have been documented as far back as 1876.

Sydney, Australia’s largest city, posted its highest temperature ever recorded today, reaching 45.8 degrees Celsius (114.4 degrees Fahrenheit), as wildfires burned in five of the nation’s states, destroying homes.
The record, reached at 2:55 p.m. local time today, eclipses the previous high of 45.3 degrees on Jan. 14, 1939, according to the Bureau of Meteorology. Canberra, the national capital, posted its second-highest temperature of 41.6 degrees Celsius.

Before I talk about the adventures beyond the massage table with Frank, I want to back up just a moment and share something very important.
The Arousal Zone
Frank had allowed me to realize a major and very strange shift happened in my body. Whenever he and I were kissing or cuddling or take a stroll in the Holy Gutter together, my horny spot, moved!
Holy cow did it move!
Every time I got aroused it was never in my groin, it was always in my heart center. Now, that is not to say the rest of me wasn’t joining the party in my heart, but that familiar intensity that happens when we become sexually aroused would dance and throb at my heart center, right smack dab between my breasts.
At first, I thought it was a fluke. But it became very very apparent this is not a fluke but the new way of feeling!

Nancy: As I awoke this morning I realized I had been having a fifth dimensionality experience. I awoke still with my eyes closed with the memory of just having enjoyed a beautiful sunrise. It was one of spectacular reddish, rose, gold colored clouds that had an intricate pattern that, to this moment, I cannot describe.
As I lay there, I remembered cutting some cheese and arranging it on a platter. Then I realized that what the sunrise captured was the sun reflecting off the cheese and relaying the colors across the sky in a pattern that reflected the crystalline energy of the cheese and the platter. I realized that in the fifth dimensionality everything in our world is crystalline, and oh what opportunity for spectacular sights such as this sunrise!
This is what is in store for us, and look what is happening already. It is as if the 5thD experience was already in my conscious experience. In fact it was. It was something that I awoke to. It is something that we are all awakening to. As we begin to bring that which we have awaken to in our everyday experience, we will appreciate the gift that we are giving to ourselves and the world. We will realize the potential that we are tapping into in every moment of our experience.

CHANCE OF STORMS: NOAA forecasters estimate a 30% chance of polar geomagnetic storms today. The reason is an incoming CME, which could deliver a minor blow to Earth's magnetic field during the next 24 hours. Arctic sky watchers should be alert for auroras. Aurora alerts: text, voice.
Even before the CME arrives, Arctic skies are glowing. Göran Strand sends this picture, taken on Jan. 17th, from Kall, Åre, Sweden:
"Two friends and I went out last night to capture the aurora that was forecast," says Strand. "It turned out to be a fantastic night with a half moon lighting up the landscape in a lovely way. In the distance you can the mountain Åreskutan, the biggest ski resort in Sweden."
