I feel I need to repost this, because it is so essential. I need to be reminded of this because the drama going on in the world keeps pulling us to go into the triangle of victim, perpetrator and saviour, to identify with the stories.

In Alaska, scores of volcanoes and strange lava flows have escaped scrutiny for decades, shrouded by lush forests and hidden under bobbing coastlines.
In the past three years, 12 new volcanoes have been discovered in Southeast Alaska, and 25 known volcanic vents and lava flows re-evaluated, thanks to dogged work by geologists with the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and the U.S. Forest Service. Sprinkled across hundreds of islands and fjords, most of the volcanic piles are tiny cones compared to the super-duper stratovolcanoes that parade off to the west, in the Aleutian Range.
Food companies big and small are struggling to replace genetically modified ingredients with conventional ones. Pressure is growing to label products made from genetically modified organisms, or “G.M.O.” In Connecticut, Vermont and Maine, at least one chamber of the state legislature has approved bills that would require the labeling of foods that contain genetically modified ingredients, and similar legislation is pending in more than two dozen other states.
This weekend, rallies were held around the globe against producers of genetically altered ingredients, and consumers are threatening to boycott products that are not labeled. And so, for many businesses, the pressing concern is just what it will take to gain certification as non-G.M.O.

Was in need of a nap but I also had go get my kid in an hour time so I went to lie down and asked Spirit to please wake me up when it was time in case I fell asleep. I rarely fall asleep on my back and that’s why I choose that position, and when I feel tired I usually only need to meditate in that position for lets say half an hour and my energy comes back. That was kinda my purpose… not Spirits’ I guess.
Investors drove down the price of Monsanto shares by 4 percent on Friday as South Korea joined Japan in suspending imports of U.S. wheat after an unapproved strain of genetically modified wheat was discovered in a field in eastern Oregon. The strain of wheat, designed to resist harmful effects from Monsanto’s Roundup weedkiller, was never commercially developed by the St. Louis-based agriculture giant in large part because wheat growers did not want to risk retaliation from their biggest export markets.
Fields used to test new crop varieties are burned and checked for surviving crops. So the mysterious appearance of the Monsanto wheat has raised questions about how the strain traveled there and whether it is lurking in the commercial wheat crop.

CHICAGO – Respected Ojibwe elder George Martin carried the Eagle Staff in front of a sold-out crowd prior to Game One of the NHL Stanley Cup Playoff Western Conference Final on Saturday afternoon between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Los Angeles Kings.
Respected Ojibwe elder George Martin was born on the Whitefish community of the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe reservation in Wisconsin.
Martin was there as part of the color guard that represented different branches of the US military in front a national television audience during the singing of the national anthem. Martin served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
Having American Indians represented during the singing of the national anthem is the result of work done by the American Indian Center of Chicago that has worked with the Chicago Blackhawks organization to promote goodwill within the American Indian Chicago community.
Yesterday, May 31, 2013, I had another big and important Higher Awareness that stretched across time space, and on a larger level, consciously connected multiple “past” lives and selves that have all been working on this Ascension Process in their own ways, in their own locations and timelines. There are lots of us (our multiple other “past” lives and selves etc.) who are all Team Light members that volunteered and were inserted across time (and space) that have all been working on, working for, and working towards this current Ascension Process — the Ascension of Consciousness Process — that WE are living in our bodies and consciousness. You don’t think you came in here now in this life/body/awareness to do this massive Ascension Work as a isolated and singular solo act did you? Not hardly!
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Firefighting teams in California and New Mexico are battling early season wildfires that have blackened thousands of acres and threatened homes and building, spurring numerous evacuations.
Residents of more than 1,000 homes were ordered to leave as erratic winds pushed a wildfire closer to two foothill communities, where officials said five structures, possibly homes, were destroyed Saturday.
