Cacao: World's Best Antioxidant & An Antidepressant

Cacao is the best antioxidant and natural mood elevator on Mother Earth.

Not the processed chocolate bar that has been heated with all the lovely nutrition for our bodies taken out and fat and sugar added! But the lovely natural, raw organic cacao added to our toasty fire-filled evening!

Writing the website made me hungry!  So, I made a Chia-Cacao Raspberry Smoothie:

 

1 T (Tablespoon) Chia Seeds - soak in 3 T water for five-ten minutes until gelatinous

 

1 heaping T raw organic cacao

 

1 T aloe juice

 

2 very large handful of fresh, organic raspberries

 

1 cup of your favorite milk, I used vanilla almond which you can easily make yourself

 

It's pretty thick due to the chia seeds which are loaded with omega's and protein
