Yesterday was a minor milestone for me. It was the first day that I faced so many emails that I actually could not answer all before I needed to go to bed. That has never happened before. But I also notice that I no longer feel overwhelmed or fatigued. So there is some counterbalance there as well.

It was also a milestone for some of the things that Archangel Michael said in the private part of the interview I had with him, which were about as confronting as I’ve ever heard. (By the way, you too could be speaking to him. This isn’t some elitist thing.) Not confronting in bad terms, but in good terms. He told me things about myself that I found hard to hold. It’s been a progressive disclosure between him and I. But I’m wondering how much more progressive disclosure I can take before I go pop.

Remember what Marianne Williamson said?

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

“We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” (1)

Steve Rother and the Group in their message entitled “New Earth Angels” (Nov. 15, 2011) said much the same thing, a message which may be becoming important for us to hear.

“You have seen a variety of bright lights on planet Earth, those people that bring the light from Home and shine it through a bubble of biology to help you to more easily see yourself and the light from Home. You have always known that some beings come in with almost too much light to carry. It is as if their eyes attract attention because of their extreme brightness, and they are so creative that everything they touch turns to magic. But sometimes their vibration is so high that it is difficult for them to be comfortable on Earth, a planet with such a low vibration.

“Many of you have seen these bright lights that we call ‘Earth Angels.’ They come in with many gifts, giving of themselves freely and without hesitation. Sometimes this is done at their personal expense and the toll is often quite heavy.  Yet they leave behind incredible gifts to help the advancement of all of humanity. You have seen them in many of your famous artists, such as in musicians who have died quite young but left their indelible imprints behind. Some Earth Angels have had an extremely difficult time trying to be a human on planet Earth.

“We tell you this now because it has been limited to a select number on planet Earth that have come in with such incredible bright lights that they cannot hide. Well, dear ones, we are telling you that you are also about to take on that light. What we ask you is this: Is there room in your life right now, if that were to happen to you today?”

This is a question of some urgency for me and I suggest that it will also rapidly become a question of some urgency for you (if it isn’t already).

As the blinders slowly come off, as the energies released by the opening of the 11/11/11 portal become more and more noticeable, as we move gradually towards the time at which our reasons for coming here become manifest, all of us are going to have to face the fact that who we are is much wider, much more potent than anything we could have imagined up till now.

What I’m finding as the Boss gradually removes the blindfold is that I have one foot in the boat and one foot on the dock, and I’m questioning whether I’ll remain on shore or consent to go on the voyage.  Well, of course, I didn’t come all this way not to go on the voyage, but acknowledging our own capability for the voyage, our own role, and our own potential may not be a simple and easy  matter.

I said earlier that the emotional floor had risen since 11/11/11. I cannot go down as far into a slough of despair as I once could have. I’m prevented from becoming depressed. But I also cannot see for myself the future “me.” I rely on the Boss’s insight and have to take what he says on faith.  I have to take on trust Marianne’s counsel that “your playing small does not serve the world.”

But “playing big” has to be handled carefully. I mentioned some time ago that for a long time I was allowing my confidence to build only slowly because going too fast invited arrogance. It may sound quaint to say it but, if you knew me twenty or thirty years ago, you would have said that I lacked confidence in myself.  That has changed with all the growth work. But it was the case for the longest time.

The Boss told me yesterday about a person who comes from a very high dimension who had made what he called “a left turn” upon taking on life in a human body. He confirmed for me some time ago that the human personality of the composite we call an “avatar” could also take a left turn, unbelievable as that disclosure was. So we can go awry.

I see it as one of my tasks here not necessarily to do this thing or that, but to do it without going awry.

The process of emergence, which these energies are bringing about whatever we do or don’t do, has to be managed if we aren’t to become unbalanced and I’m not aware of a manual for that. In fact, I thank my lucky stars for having attended such workshops as Cold Mountain Institute, John Enright’s seminars, and the est Training because they were all about how to live in such a way that the world could work out for everyone.  For most of us, these skills are not taught and not learned in school.

Following 11/11/11, I’d like to suggest that we may now be in a time of emergence and we don’t know what we’ll discover about ourselves. But if I can dive into the water, then so can you. No. More. Then so must you. I don’t want to be splashing around in the pool all by myself.  If I can emerge and live into these pretty amazing roles that are being held out to us as lightworkers and starseeds in a world headed for an unimaginable outcome, well, I just hope I don’t find myself out on the skinny branches all alone.

To emerge without becoming arrogant. To take a leading role without becoming self-serving. To acknowledge our own magnificence without becoming grandiose. These are the challenges we face.  I’m glad someone upstairs has this all figured out because emergence for me is taking all my attention and is a leap of faith. It’s good to know that millions of ascended masters are here (I think I’m correct in saying that) and have my back, your back, our back.
