1. Can you explain what an 'away team' is in Galactic terms?
2. How many 'away teams' are there?
3. Is this 'First Contact' in response to the Petition to the Star
Nations? or is it just the time to do it in terms of Earth cycle?

The answer to the first question is All of the Above! I will speak from my personal experience. When I merged with my Higher Self, it was First Contact. From that sudden merge, I was immediately in contact with Our Celestial Star Family. As our bonds became stronger and I remembered who I Am, as a part of Our Star Nation, and my individual role in the Divine Plan, Our Family began taking me aboard the star ships and other realms as well.
They became my teachers and began an intense training process of Re-Memberance.
And Yes, First Contact is also All of Us Awakening and spreading Our Truth. You made the 5D Leap. You Are First Contact. So, the answer is All of the Above ;) .
Now... Onto the other questions:
1. Away Teams are those of us coming together as part of Divine Plan. Away Teams or also Here Teams. We are just “away” from the starships in 3D physicality to carry out our missions. Since we are Here (In the Now Moment) we are also the Here Team. However, we are Always aboard Our starships, just not in 3D form. Higher Selves are aboard the ships, while we are “physically” “Away” from the ships. I hope this makes sense. We, of the First Contact Ground Crew Team are the first away team or here team and have Been Contracted on the Ground in the Physical with Mother and Father God. There are many Teams and No one team is greater than the other we each just have different areas of Focus. We are All One. We are All equally important and needed for our Service.
2. We have 24 Flag Ships with 500,000 members aboard each ship. And from this, we have 5,000 members for each away team (here team). This makes for 12 million members, currently here on Planet Earth. Its Time for Us to Re-Unite. LETS GET TO IT DEAR FAMILY! WE GOT WORK TO DO!!! ;). It can’t be done alone. We must do this together.
3. The answer to these 2 questions is Yes and Yes. First Contact is the response to the Petitions, and to make sure Our transition, along with Gaia follows through according to Divine Plan. It has been Decreed, and so it shall be.
