This Aquarius New Moon is a powerful one, as it is a Super Moon and the Second New Moon of the Month
New Moons mark the beginning of a new cycle. New Moons are also the most spiritual and intuitive moons of the whole Lunar cycle. It is a wonderful time to manifest, meditate and create! Each New Moon brings with it a down load of evolutionary energies to give us the knowledge to create a beautiful future. Remember that the New Moon energy last a day and half on each side of the peak. It is also a time of setting intentions. Mediate on what it is that you would like to manifest in your life and in the World, and set the intention during this powerful and rare New Moon.
A Super Moon is when the Moon is very close to the Earth. It appears much larger in the sky than a normal Moon, and during a Super Moon, the tides are much larger than normal. The energy is much stronger.
The second New Moon in the same month is rare….and it is also referred to as a Black Moon. A Black Moon represents “new beginnings” and great change. Aquarius is about the constant of change. Putting them together in this Aquarius New Super Moon…..the Universe is speaking loudly about Change. Are you listening? You need to be ready for and accept change, within yourselves, humanity, the Earth, our Solar System, and our Galaxy….. in order to embody the higher energies of ascension, and move into the “New.”
With this Aquarius New Moon we are in the Aquarian energies of: Being able to think outside the box in ways that are new to you, or to the world. Aquarius is the sign of the Genius. Aquarius is about taking the risk of doing or saying something that goes against the “norm.” It is the sign of the rebel for a cause. Aquarius energy is about your Tribe, your Community, all Humanity……everyone is equal….we are all the same…..we are all one! Aquarius is about breaking up stagnant old patterns so we can reach for our freedom, and march to the beat of our own drum. Aquarius is the constant of change! Freedom and liberation are a big part of Aquarius. Liberate your mind and your freedom will follow. With Aquarius it is time to move into “higher” thoughts, outside the box, in which we can uplift consciousness, for the greater good of all.
This energy can give you new perspectives on life and new ways of understanding….which can help to shift your old thoughts and actions into the “new.” Aquarius is focused on the future, so during this New Moon….plant seeds for what you want to create and manifest for the “big picture” down the road…your own reality….your own future for the good of all!
This Aquarius New Super Moon is also happening on the back drop of the Cardinal T-Square adding even more energy of change and transformation to this New Moon. The Cardinal T-Square consists of, Uranus in Aries, being squared by Pluto, and Jupiter opposing Pluto and squaring Uranus. I will try to explain:
Uranus (is the constant of change, thinking outside the box and into the future with a focus on community and humanity), is in Aries (the warrior, the initiator, the winner, the pioneer, ego). So Uranus is in Aries and is saying that we need to change and think outside the box so we can see the big picture and move into the future. We need to focus on community/humanity; we need to move from the “Me” to the “We.”
Pluto, the planet of transformation is being squared by Uranus in Aries and Pluto is saying: that it only cares about the transformation of your Soul and the Soul of the Earth, Pluto does not care about Ego, what kind of car you drive etc., it only cares about your Soul, and it demands integrity and respect for all. Pluto is in Capricorn (which rules Corporate America, the Government, the Banks and the Military).
Jupiter ( master teachers, higher knowledge, religions & philosophies, travel, Joy & optimism) is in Cancer (the mother, the nurture, home & family, natural intuition). Jupiter is saying: we need to make some changes in all types of relationships, including business. It is time to use your own power instead of being forced. It is time to embody your belief systems and to walk your talk. It is time to find Joy in your life, in your home, and in your relationships, and to purge/transform/change the areas that are no longer working, especially those that are taking your Joy away!
Jupiter is also sitting on the star Sirius during this New Moon. The Universe is asking us to start new ways of communicating with and working with our ancient star systems. Sirius is the brightest star in the sky and one of the closest. In esoteric Astrology, Sirius is considered to be our spiritual Sun, overseeing the awakening of humanity. This activation Sirius represents the importance of the ancient knowledge from our ancestors, the Elders, and the wisdoms that they/we received while being connected to these stars and star systems. When these ancient star systems are being activated….we also can connect with their energies and wisdoms.
Venus (love, feminine energy, creativity, beauty) is also sitting with Pluto in this Cardinal T-Square. Pluto is transforming the way we love, the way we create, and how we except love. Pluto is also asking us loudly, to clear out old ways that are no longer working for us. In relationships…move away from people, places and things that are no longer vibrating where you are, in the most compassionate way possible. It is time to surround yourself with those who have a similar vibration, as you move forward into the “new.” It is time to ask yourself…are your love relationships vibrating where you are? Who are your playmates and do they vibrate where you do? The place where you make your living…is it vibrating where you are? It is time to make some choice’s and to take the steps forward… any steps…just move.
Venus is sitting in Capricorn and moves direct (forward) tomorrow….meaning that within all the Venus areas, the things that we have been thinking about and internalizing the Winter Solstice are now ready to come out in the open.
Venus is also in a masculine sign (Capricorn) and Mars (the male energy) is sitting in Libra (a cardinal sign, a feminine sign)….bringing the message of Balance back into the picture! Balance of the Sacred Feminine and the Sacred Male, the yin and the yang, the right brain and the left brain, etc. Balance in all areas is one of the main energies of this shift.
All these planets are in Cardinal signs, cardinal energy means: birthing of new, urgency, and change!
The Most positive way to the future is the way to go, even if it feels uncertain and “new”. Take a step…. and move. Aquarius has to do with thinking outside the box and being able to see the big picture. Now is the time to meditate on that “big picture”. Aquarius is also about the community and all humanity and working together for common goals. We are all equal….oneness! Again, this is part of the “new”….how do we get there? How do we make it happen? With guidance…with movement….with compassion without judgment…with the Heart! It is time to get out of your own way and out of your comfort zone. Remember you are co-creating the “new”…..grab the sudden and unexpected opportunities that can come to you during this time. Look at your challenges as opportunities for growth. Take a step towards your future….Change your mind and you can change your life.
During this Aquarius New Super Moon….it is a time to manifest and create. It is time to sit and listen, as you can receive flashes of insight and genius with this New Moon. With this Aquarius New Moon, it is time to manifest oneness and compassion within your community. Manifest compassion and oneness for all humanity. Meditate and Manifest for “new ideas” that will make the future a wonderful reality. Believe in your dreams coming true. This is a time to revisit and re-evaluate your personal visions and then your long term plans. Meditate on how to be your own unique individual self, while honoring and being part of a community and all humanity. Meditate….Manifest and Listen!
