RedOrbit-25 March 2013 - Joshua Kelly
Big Story Weather from March 22-24: A major winter storm moved through from the Rockies to the Mid-Atlantic region bringing very heavy snowfall to some places. There was also severe weather that occurred on the southern part of the storm over the Gulf Coast and Florida.
Big Story Weather Discussion for March 25: Low pressure moving up the East Coast will bring moderate rains and snows to the Mid-Atlantic region today with many watches and warnings already in place. High pressure building in over the Northern Plains will bring another shot of very cold air all the way to the southern states; some places will see temps around 10-20 degrees below normal for this time of year. Look for a slow warming trend out west as southerly flow will start to take hold from the Rockies westward.
