How many people have even
How many people have even backed off of their air conditioning. How many people have unplugged unused appliances, these use power even when not being used if they are plugged in. Has the state even bothered to put a limit on how much say a family of four can use? If they go over that amount they pay a surcharge and not a cheap one. Are business making sure their signs are turned off when not needed? There are many things that can be done to improve this situation. Also, why hasn't California invested some money in their electrical grid? Why haven't they insisted that power companies do more? I think you may have to go to rolling brown outs like some of the other countries do. Sorry for you all.
