Guten Morgen, Good Morning & Bonjour !

Much Love, Peace and Good Vibes from rainy Paris.

Life is beautiful. Just remember who you are. Remember we live an illusion.

We are all that Is.

Feel the beautiful energy. Love everyone, as we are One.

A friend of mine sent me a mail this week-end talking about “The Four Agreements” by Ruiz.

  1. Be Impeccable With Your Words
  2. Don’t Take Anything Personally
  3. Don’t Make Assumptions
  4. Always Do Your Best

I find myself quite often in #3: Making Assumptions. Especially since I divorced (as good as it gets, depends on the day, nest-ce pas?!) the Matrix. I sometimes still make assumptions then I ask myself “Are you sure Caro? Why do you think this?” A close family member decided to not respond to my messages. I thought, ok. He might have this and that problem. Why do I think for him ? He has his reasons. Period.

It is. Therefore I let it be. In deepest love that I carry for him in my heart. There is absolutely no need to know why. Maybe he will be back one day. Maybe not. Does it change anything to the fact that I love and respect him? Of course I tell myself that I don’t have any expectations when I sent him a mail lately. But still I told a friend that he probably has xyz reasons for not responding.

Assumptions are made when a situation did not reach our expectations. I had no expectations, but still there are moments when I find myself playing different possibilities of his silence in my mind. Aha ! My MIND. My heart just loves. So my mind is trying to catch me, to put me back into a frequency which I don’t really need.

All is the way it needs to be.

So I decided to play on this holographic reality. As it is a projection of our thoughts, I might as well create something I love. Playgrounds exist to play, to spend a good time, to use playful energy. Remember when you were a child? You came back home, exhausted, but it is was a great feeling of exhaustion.

We played. Sometimes we fell down but we didn’t care. We could not bother less having sand in our clothes, in our shoes, we did not even feel it. Mother Earth is a playground, we ought to play, yes we surely sometimes have tons of sand in our shoes, sand is just experience, if we let it flow, it will not stick with us.

And if it is stuck in our shoes ? Well, just take them off, empty them and put your shoes back on. Every child is able to do this.

Assumptions are like the sand. We take it into our hands, look at it, try to figure out why it ended up in our shoes, or which sand corn itches our friend’s foot… Don’t keep it in your hands. Let it flow through your fingers. It feels good actually and play on. Remember to not put it into your pockets. It will just be all over the floor in your house, then find a gap somewhere to remain there for ever, or until we decide to clean it… Sand belongs into the sandbox.

Take some water and built the most beautiful sand castles you want to see. Be free, don’t set limits to your creativity. You will be astonished what you are able to create. And when you come back the next day and parts of the castle fell apart… Well, then just built something new. Don’t dwell in regrets, don’t be sad. There is infinite quantity of sand and the sandbox is just waiting for your to be creative.

Have fun, play and let it flow.

Be a child again, look at them, they can teach us a lot.

Love, always,
Caro
