Closing Filled with True Humanity: Now for the Galactic ‘Opening’

I’m sure, like me, you’ve probably just sat on the edge of your chair for the past three hours wishin’ and hopin’ and prayin’ for the Galactics to come and join London’s (and the world’s) party. (Well actually, I was shakin’ and cryin’…)

Well, as we now ‘appear’ to have witnessed, they didn’t ‘crash’ the Closing Ceremony – but do not despair. There is so much more to come…

And, keep in mind, that there was such euphoria during that wonderful, uplifting ceremony that maybe, just maybe, they didn’t want to take that moment of pure humanity and joy away from us by adding in an element of what could possibly have led to a little bit of fear – no matter how much we Lightworkers and believers may want to think that there wouldn’t be.

And maybe, just maybe, they wanted us to feel how good that feels and to know that we did it for ourselves. Yep, self-created bliss!

There were many amazing moments in that very spiritual and jubilant ceremony.

In fact, there was only one very strange aspect to the whole spectacular: Prince Harry (not Prince Charles or Prince William) but Harry, representing the Queen and the entire Royal Family – looking very, very unhappy, concerned and nervous and flanked by his brother, Prince William’s wife, Catherine. But no William and, seemingly, no other key royals… Methinks there is something mighty odd and unusual about that!

But I digress…Back to the joy…

From the kids singing John Lennon’s ‘new paradigm’ anthem Imagine (yes, as chosen by both Sheldan Nidle and Fran Zepeda as their fave songs during their interviews with me on The Light Agenda) and Kate Bush’s Running Up That Hill (to “make a deal with God and get him to swap our places”) via  George Michael’s Freedom and White Light (his revealing new song about his own Near Death Experience), to Jesse J and Taio Cruz singing the Bee Gees classic You Should Be Dancin’ and on to Take That singing these incredible lyrics:  “We can ride on a star, if you stay by my side, we can rule the world; we can light up the sky, if you stay by my side, we can rule the world” from their hit song Rule The World, which is more about humanity enjoying free will, than being ruled, per se.

And those wonderful words segue-ed into that beautiful moment when the flame went out – with that surprising Phoenix ‘rising’ -  all set to an original composition entitled The Spirit of the Planet, written the Closing Ceremony director, David Arnold and performed by dozens of ballet dancers.

Then it all ended with The Who with those incredible lyrics: “See Me, Feel Me, Touch Me, Heal Me”.

So if you are feeling a bit flat and let down, I say don’t… We are, but days away from true magic!

Sit with that thought for a minute; I’m sure you’ll find that you agree.

If not, all I can say is; keep the faith, hold the Light and love. The real ‘Opening’ is not too far away…
