About Bernard Mendez
Military service, extraterrestrials, UFO’s, abductions, special secret projects –– Bernard “Bernie” Mendez has had a most unusual yet fascinating life.
Born in Staten island, New York, Bernie entered into a family deeply entrenched in military service. His father, Bernard Mendez, Sr., served in World War II for the US Army and was intimately involved in secret military projects.
At the age of two, family members observed their infant son Bernie’s seemingly ability to see objects in the invisible spectrum. Upon medical examination, it was discovered he possessed an unusually high number of rods and cones in his eyes than the average person allowing him to see in the dark.
Throughout his youth, Bernie had numerous direct encounters with several ET races, most of which were of the Grey alien variety which continued into his teenage years.
By the age of 16, Bernie had enlisted into the United States Navy where he was assigned to the special forces command.
On October 9, 1970, he was part of a very bizarre abduction incident in Australia, eventually being rescued by Navy Seals, the report of which made the Associated Press wire services. This incident caught the attention of then President Richard Milhous Nixon, who requested to meet the young Bernard Mendez at the White House.
Eventually, President Nixon recruited Bernie to be a special assistant in a secret government program dealing directly with extraterrestrial races. He was sent to locations all over the world including Alaska, Australia, China, France, Antarctica, the North Pole, Catalina Island, K2, the Fjords, as well as, the infamous secret underground bases known as Area 51 and Camp Hero (aka Montauk Air Force Station), Groom Lake, China Lake and Clove Lakes in order to negotiate directly with various ET representatives on behalf of the US government.
He even recalled visiting another secret underground base found somewhere in England known as “the bat cave” and the Soviet Union’s version of NASA, Kapustin Yar, near Volgograd, Russia.
During his service, Bernie obtained what was known as a Cosmic Level Clearance, including “Yankee White” permitting him to work for the White House. He rose through many different Access Levels from 43, to 47, then promoted to 53, then 57 before eventually reaching Access Level 59. He was told he would go no further even though there was an Access Level 60, which was the highest level possible.
From the Spring 1971 up until the Watergate scandal forced Richard Nixon to resign in June 1974, Bernie worked as a go-between with various Grey ET’s and Plieadians for the Nixon White House.
He continued in secret government service for a brief period of time into the 1980’s, participating in highly classified jump room technology before eventually retiring at a young age.
In late 2011, Bernie heard an interview on the Coast to Coast AM radio show with Andrew D. Basiago, a Vancouver, Washington attorney, who spoke with host George Noory about participating in a secret government time travel program called Project Pegasus during the 1970’s and 80’s.
Sometime after the radio show aired, Bernie made contact with Andrew D. Basiago and found they had many similar recollections of their experiences woking in Project Pegasus during the 1980’s.
Beginning in 2012, Bernie began to jointly appear with Andrew D. Basiago at various presentations such as the Awakening Center (in Rainier, Washington) and ExoUniversity (in Vancouver, Canada) as well as, radio programs such as Lisa M. Harrison , Tim Bravo, the Vinny Eastwood show and the Whole Agenda.
Currently, Bernard Mendez still lives in the same neighborhood he grew up in Staten Island while he ventures out to tell his amazing life experience and duties within secret government projects before rapt audiences across the country.
